Please do not order from this company!

Please do not order from this company.

My order was shipped using the cheapest letter service available, with no tracking (outside Netherlands) option whatsoever. If the shipment gets lost, there is no way to track it or find out where it ended up.

What I find most disappointing is that customers are not given any choice of shipping method during checkout. A responsible company should allow customers to select the delivery option that best suits their needs, including tracked shipping for valuable orders.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Due to the lack of transparency, shipping options, and accountability, I will never order from this company again.
