Honest, trustworthy, and capable! Fantastic work done and wasn't pushed into spending more money than was necessary.

I went into Cottman convinced I had a transmission problem. They quickly determined the transmission was fine and I actually had a motor mount problem. The price was higher than I had expected, but the problem is resolved; so I feel it was worth the money.

Honest snd professional. I hate the feeling of being "ripped off" and I certainly never worry about this with Cottman. Service was fast too. Means a lot when you have a tight schedule.

As most businesses, started out good. Left my truck parked out by the street, unlocked. Truck box was opened, ransacked and robbed. No apology or even acknowledgement of any mistake. Then refused to do the work with me providing the part, because they wouldn't be making the additional $100+ on the cost of the part. Really guys? Making $360 labor profit isn't worth your time. They claim that they didn't want liability for the part. All they would have to warranty, is their labor. The part had its own warranty.
I am disappointed, to say the least.

The people here are great and walk you through the process of getting your vehicle fixed the proper way a shop sure do to have repeat costumes.....They will always get my business....

My mechanic sent me to Greg at Cottman because the transmission in my 2013 Rogue, which gave me no trouble for 95,000 miles, went berserk. Turns out Nissan outsourced transmissions in 2013 and I got a CVT loser.
Greg and his people are wonderful. Friendly, explained everything, even worked late on a Thursday so I could have the car back for Labor Day weekend. Fair price, much less than dealer for a new transmission.
When your CVT acts up, and it might, take it to Cottman on Taylorsville RD. And every 30,000 miles let them do a fluid change to keep it going forever.

Went in to get my transmission checked because of hard shifting, etc. and had the solenoids replaced and my car drives smooth now. Had great service, honest, reliable service shop.

Good feedback regarding the issues with the car. No pressure to fix everything at one time.

They do good work but i wish there was some type of loaner car service when they keep your car for over a week.

Very Happy with the work done on my 96 F150. Even the tow truck driver recommend them when it was picked up. Said they would treat you fair there and they did. It is a little out of the way for me but well worth it probably even saved my some money too. I will use them again when I have car or truck problems.

Excellent customer service! Our car broke down on Taylorsville road close to Cottman. We had never had cars serviced there but after talking to them, decided to have it repaired. I would not hesitate to have future repairs done & highly recommend them.
