I purchased 32-34 inch waist, they said they stretch. I receive my pants they were labeled L for large. Maybe Chinese size large not us. I tried them on and could barely get my legs into the pants and the waist was very tight. I measured and they were 31 inch stretched out. I contacted them and also used PayPal. PayPal did nothing so they are useless. Cottagegift.com did nothing also. since they were not damaged and they said a L is 42-34 inch waist to take a hike. So I blew $32 dollars on these worthless pants. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED AND THEY WILL DO NOTHING TO CORRECT IT.

Like so many others I ordered cargo pants 34-36W X 34L and received a package labeled 'L'. The pants length was only 31" and the waist when stretched to its max almost made 34". I tried to get them to either do a refund or a size of pants that would fit me correctly. What I received were two emails both with "Dear friend, you can see that we sent the right size to you." Well, an "L" isn't a 34-36"W X 34L! and to finish the last email from them "I'm afraid we can't offer you a return and exchange service." Also these pants took over 40 days to get to me! BAD Service! BAD Product. You won't see me again suckered in on this scam you are providing in the US.

I had the same miserable experience with these ripoff artists as mentioned in previous reviews. No delivery in 12-20 days. Wrong size - ordered 36" waist, received size "L". Not sure if these pants would even fit a 30" waist.

I wish I would have done my research before ordering from this company before hand. As everyone has mentioned who has ordered from this company they are a total rip-off. Do not let their fancy web page fool you! It will take several weeks for your products to arrive, they are not high quality, and they are not sized appropriately. I wear a size 36" American and ordered XL 36-38" and could barely get them over my calf. I am out $75 dollars for cheap clothing that does not fit. I am going to make it my mission to post at least one review per week against this company to let as many people as I can know DO NOT spend your money with Cottagegift! I am also notifying Facebook so they will ban them from advertising with them. Please help me share this with as many people as possible. Thank you!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMP.I ordered pants for my husband it was to be 36-38 they had a XL sticker on them . They were 3inch to small. this company is a ripoff. I have been trying to get money back from pay pal for almost a month no success they are jerking me around too.

Wrong size - ordered 34x34, received 32x32;
Wrong material - ordered 97% cotton, received 80% polyester;
Shipping - more than 30 days;
No refund or free exchange, response by email was very rude.
Don't buy anything there.

Total Rip-Off, they do not honor their return policy. 100% satisfaction guarantee my a$$. This clothing is made for midgets! I went through PayPal and will be filing a claim, I guess I will see what happens next. This company is a joke, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from these con artists.

Wish these reviews had been posted before I ordered from Cottagegift - I ordered a pair of the "tactical" shorts and a pair of the trousers. While the shorts fit (barely) and the sewing is marginal at best - the material is much thinner than one would expect for "tactical" wear - the trousers, supposedly a 38-40, wouldn't clear my thighs much less fasten around the waist. Actually I had my grandson (waist size 34) try them on and they fit him snugly. Contacted the company and was told that I just don't understand the difference between Asian and American measurements - I do understand that I ordered one size and got another - and was made to understand that they would do nothing about it. I would guess that in a few weeks this company will cease to exist, will be renamed and go back to cheating people. By the way, there's a 30 day guarantee (more or less) and since it took over 30 days to receive my order, the guarantee is probably considered void by the time the items arrived.

I ordered two pairs of pants 28-30 W X 30 L. I received on pant that was labeled S and it fits adequately and another pant that is labelled 3XL and is much much too large. I have notified cottagegift twice about this problem and asked for either a replacement with the correct size or a refund and have received no reply. The pant that does fit has already torn after only wearing 3 times. This company does not honor its guarantee nor does it fulfill its order properly. I strongly urge others not to purchase anything from them.

Company does not honor its guarantee policy. I ordered their tactical pants, but what arrived were way too small. I asked to return the pants for a larger size. I was told that they would not authorize a return even though their web site states:

" We truly believe we carry some of the most innovative products in the world, and we want to make sure we back that up with a risk-free 90-day guarantee.
If you don't have a positive experience for ANY reason, we will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Buying items online can be a daunting task, so we want you to realize that there is absolutely ZERO risks in buying something and trying it out. If you don't like it, no hard feelings we'll make it right."

They do not make it right. They simply say that Asia sizes are smaller than US sizes. They are selling in the US, they should use US sizes. They also should honor their own policies. I will not buy from again and have opened a complaint with PAYPAL who I used to pay for the pants.

Only a one because there is not a way to give them less. They have a website and make plenty of promises on supporting each sale however IF they get the product to you it’s the wrong
Ordered pants using their guide and went a little larger. They arrived and ate at least two sizes smaller.
All the labels are in Chinese. Their company 24/7 contact is by email to meet fancy and they have trouble with English. They say we sent you what your ordered so we can’t help you. Scam, ripoff, don’t bother.
