It was a bit long wait before the installation date has been confirmed(guess they r realy busy). But the whole installation process is great, the engineer called Connan visited us(he lives three hours away!), he is efficient, professional and friendly, did a neat job, we really appreciate his work!
Your plumber/fitter arrived at the time he said he would and worked hard to fit the softener all day, including all the extra pipe work etc. He has done an excellent job and is a great asset to your company. We have had a softener before, but yours is very much better than the old one. A big thank you to everyone involved.
Absolutely brilliant company for customer service, installation and product not to mention the fact that the water softener is amazing - living in a very hard water area we really notice the difference both from a cleaning perspective and the taste of drinks both hot and cold is night and day compared to our 'old' non softened water. Highly recommend on all fronts!

Well great sales team- Simon was informative & installed the unit without any problem. Great that the product was covered by a 10 year guarantee - but failed to mention the £120 eye watering cost of call out charge! Recent problems with the failing of our water distribution, 2neighbours requiring assistance with their water were Both charged £120 each!! Daylight robbery!!
