Around a week ago, Matthew and Jack installed our new boiler, which we're very happy with. The boiler was installed within a day. Thank you both for your efforts in getting us up and running again in a prompt manner. Everything was left neat and tidy after the installation. We highly recommend Cotswold Plumbers.

The heating was not working and the house was going cold. Jack arrived at 10am after my call for help. In one hour all was back up and running. Problem found and service completed. I will schedule an annual service. Highly recommend. Professional, friendly and responsive.

My wife and I live in Cyprus, but have an apartment in Cheltenham. We started to use Cotswold Plumbers years ago after reading a report on Matthew Brumwell in our lead English language newspaper in Cyprus ! Both Matthew and Jack Hending professionally serviced our old Baxi boiler in our flat, and then in June 2017 they installed a Worcester boiler during our two day absence visiting our son in Eastbourne. More recently we were "trapped" in Cyprus because of Covid, but Cotswold still visited our flat to service the Worcester after we had mailed a set of keys to Matthew for him to enter our flat. Throughout the years we have used Cotswold they have unfailingly provided first class service and have always arrived on time.

Cotswold Plumbers fitted a new boiler to replace a 10 year old boiler which had caused significant problems over many weeks. The service from Matthew and Jack was highly professional, competent and went above and beyond expectations in terms of dealing with and resolving unexpected issues. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use them again if I had any heating or plumbing issues.

From quote to delivery Matthew and Jack were great. They replaced a combi boiler for me, were timely with the quote, gave a clear breakdown of the work, completed the job quickly, cleaned up really well, and gave me a comprehensive lesson on the boiler and controls. Thoroughly recommend.

Quick response to query. Knew straight away what was wrong with boiler. Went through options and decided on new boiler. Fitted quickly, very neat job with pipework. Very clean. Would highly recommend.

Cotswold Plumbers recently installed a new Worcester Bosch combi-boiler in my house, and I was very impressed with the work done. They estimated two days for the work, but had it all done including removal of existing boiler, pipework and old water tank in the loft in just over a day, and they left the place tidy as well!

Matthew kept me updated with progress and fully explained the new system after it was installed. He also provided all the relevant paperwork and followed up the next day with a courtesy call to check everything was working as expected. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cotswold Plumbers and will definitely use them again in the future.

Free call out to diagnose the problem. "Thinking" engineers. Prompt and comprehensive quote for the work involved, which was done when promised. We were kept informed by phone as to exact timings. Fast, efficient, skilled, tidy and respectful workers. We feel relieved to have them "in control" of our heating system.

Both Matt and Jack were very professional from start to finish. Our boiler broke down on a Friday and Jack came to us on Monday morning to free the fan in the boiler and get the heating back on. We decided to have a new boiler which was fitted a week later, a clean and tidy job was carried out with a 10 year warranty from the manufacturer.

We have known this company for many years and have found them to be honest and hardworking. The engineer arrived right on time and worked efficiently and nonstop. The boiler was installed and the workspace cleaned up.

Matthew and Jack recently installed a new combi boiler for us as a replacement for an old standard boiler. This involved a lot of work which they carried out the very efficiently. They were both friendly and helpful at all times and, on completion of the installation, they left the house clean and tidy. We would strongly recommend Cotswold Plumbers to anyone considering similar work.

Absolutely excellent experience. After a thorough investigation Matthew identified that our boiler needed to be replaced as it was so badly damaged. He went through the options with me and within an hour or so returned with a new boiler and removed the old one! Brand new system up and running within hours and spent the time to show me exactly how it all worked! Super impressed, very reasonably priced and so efficient! Would highly recommend.
