This was my first order with The Cotswold Company and certainly won’t be my last.
From order to delivery everyone we dealt with gave first class service.
Multiple delivery updates and the best delivery service I’ve ever experienced. Ryan and Chris carefully unpacked, checked and set up all the furniture, all the packaging was removed outside so no mess or packaging to dispose of. They were polite and couldn’t have been more helpful.
The furniture is all well made, and excellent quality.
To find a company like this is quite rare these days and I highly recommend them.

Very helpful and cheerful

Delighted with my new bookcase from Cotswold Company (Chester Classic Cream Large Bookcase). It's a quality piece of furniture and looks great on my landing. I was so pleased with my purchase, I bought another bookcase from the same company the following week. Special mention to delivery guys Jemaine and Said who took immense care unpacking the bookcase, carefully carrying it up to the first floor and setting up the shelves and showing me how to fix it to the wall. They took away all the packaging, so I could enjoy using the bookcase straight away. For this order I paid extra for delivery to first floor, unpacking, setting up and having the cardboard taken away - I note some reviews mention disappointment that this wasn't done. For my second bookcase order, because it was a smaller piece, I chose to save money by unpacking the bookcase myself, setting it up and carrying it upstairs. Plus disposing of the cardboard. This extra effort took me at least an hour, so if you're thinking of saving money, consider that the extra payment for unpacking and set up may be worth it! Especially if you have to carry the furniture upstairs.

Only made a small purchase of a fruit bowl artichoke but the service was great and they liked my aftershave so even better !

Everything is beautifully displayed. The furniture is really well made in quality materials and reasonably priced. The staff there are lovely, very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell.
