I loved the lay out and how spacious it was. The staff were polite and very helpful. The sale was very confusing as labels were on items not in the sale. Full price and sale price weren’t very clear. In some cases only the sale price.

Most impressed with every aspect of purchasing furniture
Spotlessly clean, bright and well lit premises; well displayed furniture, courteous and helpful staff who leave customers in peace to browse but are immediately attentive if help is required. A total pleasure to visit - and purchase from their beautiful range.

Great service at the Harrogate branch
Great service at the Harrogate branch. We wanted to place a large order so wanted to go through it carefully. Hannah was very friendly and the service wasn’t rushed so I was happy that everything had been ordered correctly. Not long to wait for it to arrive either!
