No response on support, doamin is stuck - Ticket ID #125262
Please update on ticket id - #127804
Ticket ID #125262 is solved after more than 24 hours, when we posted a review here.
There are still many tickets they did not even bother to respond. We have more than 10k domains with them yet their support is not at par.

Customer Service has disappeared on me
My ticket n. #123140 has received no feedback in more than a week and in the meanwhile, I had domains expiring that I could not renew. It's evident from the number of similar complaints that your customer support is understaffed. Solve that ASAP, you are damaging customers!
Support is unresponsive
One support ticket pending from 4 days and the other is pending from 12 days and not even the initial reply. AVOID cosmotown at all cost!
EDIT on 10 May: They asked for ticket ID, the first one, which was opened a month ago, its ticket ID is 122003, and the other one is 123150. And guess what, no replies on them still.

Technical service works well though billing is confusing.
Their technical service works great. The billing system is confusing and inconvenient.
I'm not aware of any downtimes. Interface to arrange DNS transfers into their service were easy and quick.
My one gripe is their billing system. You think you've renewed a domain and completed payment; then it turns out you haven't renewed it. Cause is given in your account: TEMPORARY FAILURE.
So, er, how temporary? Do I wait or pay again? If I pay again, will I be doubled billed? If I don't pay again, will I lose the domain or have some emergency rush to renew before losing it?
Part of the issue seems to be that the billing system doesn't check if your proposed DNS purchase or renewal period is available or not. So, you renew for, say, ten years and only after you have completed checkout do you see a javascript error messag saying 'renewal period exceeded'. So.... do you start renewal again and complete checkout again? Or do you put it down to a glitch in the checkout system and wait? Answer is you keep picking smaller renewal periods and checking out until you pick a renewal period for which payment completes.
It would be better if the renewal system told you what renewal periods are available for your domain and let you select the period you want *before* you start the checkout process.
But, user interface aside, the technicals of uptime and transfer work well.

I’ve tried them all and I can honestly say I found a reliable parking spot for my domains. Best place to keep my domains. Fair price and Secure platform. They got better over the years.

Since the beginning of 2025
Since the beginning of 2025, I've noticed that the company isn't responding as frequently. I have several tickets that have been open for months, and there's been no response from the company.
I'm not saying it's unreliable, but sometimes it makes me doubt it.

DONT BUY
This service keeps on trying to find ways to disturb its customers. i bought a domain from it, its field where people can enter value for mx record is too small. it doesnt accept long value due to which i couldnt setup mail server without using cloudflare.
later, it stopped saving records, after asking support, i got reply after 5-10 hours which suggested to change nameserver record (which was working to shift to cloudflare and thats what i did
now, it literally removed all my records, put my server on hold, without any warning, without asking, without saying anything, i asked support team what happened and how to fix... it has been 7+ hours with no reply.
100% recomended if you dont want to use it

Been a customer for years
Been a customer for years. I have nearly a hundred domains with Cosmotown. Best prices and reasonable response rate from support when there is an issue. Usually 24 hours. Beats godaddy and the others by a mile when it comes to price. especially when you include the free privacy.

Bad Service & Truly Disapointing
I have made a payment via PayPal for the domain renewal at Cosmotown.
I have already contacted support by opening a ticket with ID #119041, but I haven't received any response. Now, my domain has expired, and my business is at a standstill because several services are down.
This is truly disappointing!

Slow Load, Slow Support, No emails from them!
I have begin to face a issue, the emails don't come at all, this is of serious concern, I contacted support but the issue was not resolved, even to change the email, still no reply from them, the website have become slow as before giving even errors, if they don't fix it I will have to contact ICANN a second time!
Overall the experience is not satisfactory about 80% of it. Not sure why they behave like this.

One of the best domain registrars
One of the best domain registrars I have ever used. Never had a problem with them. I like the fact that they don't let your domain go offline immediately after expiry like most registrars.

Extremely slow website, cumbersome process
Extremely slow website. Once auejticated, it took me 30 minutes to pay a renewal. Cumbersome process.
Useless dual factor authentication : done on the same device! Took three trials and 10 minutes wait for receiving the code by email
Highly un-recommended provider. I shall move to another one ASAP.
