Won't play on this site anymore have not won any thing since my big win 2 years ago

I played for a while then hit the jackpot of 1.45 million Canadian dollars and now they want the $50 to confirm my acct. so I’m unsure what I should do?

Took my deposit from my bank and didnt credit my account
Customer service is a joke wont give you an answer plus wont let you reply be very wary of this site you have no comeback if they take your money

I was going to set up an account but decided to wait on it .They rang me today (a young lady) and was quite aggressive and pressurising as to why I haven't finished setting up .said because I decided i did not want to gamble anymore and thats it .Got into an argument about why I wanted to close it .She raised her voice which I informed her of how unprofessional this was towards a customer.When asked says they are based in London but was not specific on the address. She had a European accent .She said are you having problems with the website or gambling problems and which one ? I said both and she replied I wish you all the best lol

I find the time line of having to wate 48 hours and get paid the next day to long in this day so if I want to take my winnings out on a fri it will be next Tuesday before I can get them way to long

Complete fraud. I do not know how they are allowed to run a fake casino. I just tried to withdraw. It acts as if it's going to work, then says withdrawal failed. On the sweeps rules TOS, they just lie. A glitchy website, a lot of broken functions. Chat support uses slang and does not even care about capitalizing words. I had a support ticket, and it took three weeks to get back to me. After reading reviews about how they do not let you withdraw, I was already skeptical, but since I had almost the amount to withdraw, I wanted to test for myself. And as expected. They are fraudsters and should be closed. They claim you can only withdraw if you use real money. However they have in TOS you can, and the sweeps rules doesn't say anything about not being allowed to withdraw.

Every time I play a game that's hot and start winning it immediately turns off Hot and sucks your winnings without you knowing they've turned it off. I’m surprised this casino site has bad reviews. In comparison to most casino sites it is a lot easier to use. The first withdrawal I did was straight forward to debit card and then something changed and I could not do the second one. Hopefully it works next time I want to withdrawal. It’s still the best site of the lot.

Impossible to get winnings out. Does not pay back to your visa/debit card despite taking your deposits from it.

Not serious. I won 15000,- via blackjack. They only payout 4000 per week with the option to reload the money to the casino.. Not serious.
