Leaky products
Since I've received no less that 4 emails asking for my opinion, here it is. Half the bottles of haircare (2 out of 4) had the top a bit detached so some of the product leaked out all over the box. It was an unpleasant surprise.

Takes a very long time to send the…
Takes a very long time to send the package to the courier, which causes a delay in shipping. The courier services are below average, too slow. Won't order again.
I’ve paid my order on October 28th and was delivered on November 5th, so, contrary to what the company replied, the deadline wasn’t met.

Package not delivered
I have not received my package. It was supposed to be delivered within 48 hours but it is almost 2 weeks now and still nothing.
