Terrible from Start to finish, broke the part within my TV. Then said they fixed it but didn’t. Luckily tv is covered through D&G (domestic & general). If you have to deal with this company - avoid at all costs…

My tv required a new one connect box, they used an old part from another box and tried to put into my one connect box - rather than just replacing the whole tv one connect box. But after changing the part they then damaged it further which then required the tv to be de-mounted off the wall and taken to their unit to be fixed. Which has since made it worse.

Wish I could share the footage of the video footage I have of how they have handles everything inside my home. Yes I have cameras in my home due to having a little one who is epileptic.

Fixed only 1 of the 2 issues with the TV (bought a month before form Argos). The high pitch noise was heard by the younger guy, and the older guy said he couldn't hear it, so didn't both fixing it that issue.
They used a metal trestle on my wooden floor (not laminate) without laying down a blanket/rug and it has scratched the floor. I emailed them with photos and my complaint and they rudely responded taking no responsibly and ended their email with "we consider the case closed".
Absolutely disgusting unprofessional behaviour from this so called 'business'. I am now left to pay for the damage they have caused to my property, at a cost that will be more than i paid for the TV!

I recently had my amplifier repaired. The price they quoted was very fair. Rather disappointing it developed exactly the same fault..so I called they were very friendly and prompt. I asked them to refund, as I needed a reliable product, they did not hesitate and agreed. A very respectable family firm with great service.
