I have nothing but praise for Cornish Hot Tubs Limited. From first contact and all the way through the purchase procedure I found it easy to understand, very informative regarding the different aspects of hot tubs and Tim was extremely knowledgeable regarding all the available models. I did mess him about a little bit changing my mind two or three times but all my needs were met with professionalism and courtesy. Great hot tub company!
Hot tub Tim is really knowledgeable and patient, ensuring we got the right tub for us. Access for the installation was challenging and Tim helped arrive at the best, most cost effective option. Matt and Matt who did the installation were brilliant too. A pleasure to deal with!

Easily ordered on line although the courier was a bit hit and miss. Neatly packaged.
One of the items I ordered was out of stock so a suitable substitute and a free sample was sent. I am going to have to build a cabinet to keep all the chemicals and accessories in

Top company.
A problem only became apparent with our hot tub outside of the warranty period. After hard negotiations with Tim Roberts a compromise was reached. In the end Tim fitted the whole item which had failed. Top bloke! Top company to deal with.

Tim was very informative and very patient with us when we visited the showroom as we didn't know what we wanted. The service we have received has been impeccable. The installers Matt and Damion were brilliant and the delivery and installation went smoothly. Would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a tub.

Steps in a hurry
I needed replacement steps for a holiday property at very short notice. Not able to wait for Amazon Prime, I contacted Cornish Hot Tubs, still expecting to be told they would need to be ordered. To my amazement, they had them in stock and available for collection that very day!
