The phone call was with an AI - took very accurate details, then got an email from Jazz next morning - replacement on it's way, as within 2 yr warranty. Very quick, couriered to me. All you need is the model number
Armed with the model no it was very easy to find spare parts and I was delighted to find so many spares available for a cheap lawnmower. The parts and p&p were very reasonably priced and when I had an issue with the part supplied the support provided was excellent, I'd expected to wait an age before receiving a reply but no, replies were very fast.
