Having realised there was a slight issue with the item and having emailed Corazon Latino, I was very impressed in recieving a response in under an hour and an immediate resolution to the problem. The jewellery is high quality and exactly as described/ depicted and having received such good service I would have no hesitation in ordering with them again and recommending.

Outstanding customer service
I bought a birthday present for my wife. One of the main things that gave me confidence to order was seeing the other reviews about how great the customer service was. It turned out the bracelet I ordered wasn’t quite the right size, but the customer service was just as good as the reviews said, and we could exchange it very quickly and easily. We’re very happy with the replacement!

I ordered a bracelet
I ordered a bracelet, and needed to speak to someone about some concerns I had, I was very worried after numerous attempts to contact company failed. After many hours later i was contacted by Cat D’Arcy founder of the company, whom to my surprise was calling me from China at 4:00am. Cat explain to me my concerns and checked everything was in order and would be receiving my parcel tomorrow by Royal Mail. What a wonderful service from owner Cat very much appreciated. David

Excellent service and item purchased
Ordered a heavy silver twist bangle for my wife to replace a lost one. As size required was no longer stocked Cat had one made for me. The bangle arrived today hallmarked, beautifully packaged and presented and virtually identical to the lost one. Throughout this transaction Cat made regular contact to keep me informed of progress. I could not have asked for better service.

Beautiful silver, gtreat service and a good price
Corazon Latino make lovely silver jewellery at a good price which never disappoints. The buying experience is simple and the delivery also very prompt, managing to deliver within 24 hours on Christmas eve. They have also previously been very helpful in adjusting one of their standard necklace pieces to suite.
