They have a promo called smart rewards where if you wager £20 in a day you get 1 entry into a monthly raffle they claim to be "random".
The past several months i've had over 20 entries per month but have only been awarded the lowest prize of 300 coins worth a grand total of 30p.
I'm sick and tired of these sites dressing prize draws up as random when there is other hidden criterias that determine who wins what. These should be made clear to customers.

If I could score it minus five I would. You can’t win on the slots. It’s a money pit and don’t go there please. Played £20 and another and another and another………….the higher you get towards any chance of winning you just pay and pay. Why the gambling commission hasn’t shut down this site is beyond comprehension. Please stay away and don’t put a penny in. You might think you are winning to start but believe me when I say…. I liked playing at Coral. The games offered in the shops gave a number of different choices and I won my fair share of games.

I particularly liked Fishing Frenzy. It was good entertainment. I didn't always win, but my visits were generally worthwhile.

The promotions and offers like "Coral Coins" are terrible considering the amount of money they make out of this country you would think they would give back like other betting apps but the parent company Entain who also owns Ladbrokes (just as bad) want to feed the greed of their shareholders.

Receiving a bonus is next to impossible. Dead spins, lowest possible winnings. I return to this casino from time to time, but nothing changes. Despite the worst reviews, the company does nothing about it, just ignores the issue and loses customers. Scam casino, scammers who only want to make money.

Advertises bets for new customers which dont exist or not as advertised

This site ask you to register and straight away ask you to pay for a deposit. Then they block your account forcing you to contact their customer service team. This is where you learn that you cannot place any bet for the game that is on the same day because they want you to send an email with all types of proof of ID and home address and this is taking 36h. Their customer service team kept apologising so much that it’s does not feel genuine and reply like a robot the same things over and over again. Financial authorities should ban this platform because of their cunning practice. They should verify people account before charging their bank account. What they do is that they don’t make verification to get money in, make you miss on a chance to bet on the biggest game ever by block in your account and then overload you with processes to get unblocked and withdraw your money back. Go to physical stores they explain thing before hands and do not let you down.

Signed up as a new customer and won a 50/1 bet with a £1 stake but was given £50 in free bets. Not what I signed up for and on trying to complain coral admitted that it was confusing when signing up.
I can no longer leave any reviews on their coral pages on Facebook, so I’m presuming they’ve managed to block me. But not on trustpilot.
Don’t use coral, there are other betting companies out there whom are more trustworthy. I will remain with skybet.

Been with these for well over a decade, never had a problem, until they robbed me so I reported it to them and to the bank, it hadn't happened before so I assumed it would get resolved, nope they took the money closed my account won't answer emails or anything, disgusting I hope they go bust
