Terrible AVOID at all COST.
I had a winning bet at the Ringwood Branch but they paid out approx £20 short. I complained to the Branch Manager who clearly hated me as his goal was to make MONEY/PROFITEER.
I then contacted Coral Customer Care but they DONT CARE.
Hence I have now referred my Case to IBAS and the Gambling Commission.

The slots are a joke every day never win get a bonus and it's a joke get less back my advice keep way they greedy

I think this is the weakest casino ever, on the time I have over 25000£ net lost , for example today I put 100£ and the maximum back was 108£ played on 40 pens and 50 pens , when you have that lost and never pay back , this is a proper joke!

You get very little back compared to every other company I've used. The RTP and volatility of slots advertised is completely false. AVOID.

I used Coral as my main casino for years... But that was until they decided to basically remove all forms of rewards from my account without actually blacklisting me. They instead did things like nerf my freebies to a point where it'd take months to get 3 free spins. Do yourself a favour and find yourself a casino that will actually reward you for your gameplay.

Absolutely terrible experience with Coral. £300 was taken from my bank account, but only £50 was returned to my Coral account. It’s now been 4 days and I’m still waiting for the rest of my money. Every time I contact customer support, I get told the same thing – “it will be returned within 1–3 days.” Those 1–3 days have passed and I still haven’t received my money.

It’s unacceptable to keep customers waiting for their own money while providing the same scripted response over and over again. No clear explanation, no urgency, and no resolution. Very disappointed with the service and lack of communication. I expect my money to be returned immediately.

The site is corrupt when you come to there slots, there are NOT running on standard slot algorithms. been playing slot long than most of the people at corals have been on the planet, there reply will be " they sorry to hear bla bla bla.... and there slot are check and regulated by the gambling comm...bla bla bla. But are they, i say NO, prove me wrong, show me written prove then. Scammers at best.

The fact that they don’t respond to reviews here says it all however Until today my experience with this company had been positive but when a game had a glitch (tech issue) and I was on the negative end of it they totally dismissed it and wouldn’t provide any evidence of the issue- then when I asked for it to be escalated I was ignored and chat ended- rude customer service and no knowledge just scripted chat - appalling - will be contacting IBAS ombudsman

Cashout on the USA V Australia game has been suspended the whole of the second half when all other bookmakers have no suspension. Coral are a bunch of chancers

Shop accepted my bet and took my money. Shop worker took his time to process. I was then given my transaction slip following passing over payment. Soon after my joy of seeing my horse cross the line first I was told my bet was void!. My money accepted and still in their till..they simply offered my money back which was disgraceful. At the time my bet was put through their till no race outcome was confirmed in the slightest this couldnt get any worse..will never bet with Coral ever again and advise others to be careful with this company. I will not ever bet again with Coral...

Terrible site - no bandwidth if that’s still the word for what determines traffic capacity. It’s semi permanently down for big events when numbers trying to access expands. Forget cash out - that’s just a blank screen forlorn possibility you’ll keep refreshing to no avail. They take the joy from a harmless flutter. Avoid at all cost.

Spent hundred to begin with.... I won 2 tournaments first place which was 27 dollars and 22 dollars. I never received a single penny. I sent numerous emails to Coral with no return. Do not waste your time with these robbing scumbags. Hundreds down and they don't pay out when you win.

Report this company to number 10 MP their committing Bank fraud stealing money from your bank account unauthorized and that's fraud let's start fighting back and stop vulnerable people being robbed

Beware of giving this company access to your bank account. I was a customer with this company and used it regularly until I started to notice extra money disappearing from my available balance in my bank account. I spoke to customer service and they told me they had been having a problem with the company they use for visa payments. When I questioned them about when I would get my money back, they just closed my account. This meant I no longer had access to my deposit history so was unable to check how much of my money they had taken without my consent. Because they closed my account I had to go through my bank to try to recover my funds, they told bald faced lies to my bank. They stated that I had not contacted customer service so this proved I was lying. When I sent them the screen shots I have of my conversation with customer service, they just stopped replying to me. I had to open a new bank account as I had no way of knowing when and if the problem was sorted. I ultimately got most of my money back through my bank, but I have no way of checking if I got it all because they hid my transaction records from me. I'm hoping to make a complaint to the gaming commission about their conduct, but I feel that people need to be warned. What they did with me may have been accidental, but they deliberately and maliciously tried to cover it up in a way that was definitely not accidental, it seemed more like their standard policy. Paddy Power is a much better alternative to this dishonest company.

DREADFUL fobts are by by a country mile the very WORST ofall the high st bookies. They MUST be fixed. I for one will not be going back. Massive thumbs down.Tried for over a year & NOTHING. RTP rates a complete lie.

When i got on the site, the offer didn't exist. Customer services failed to show me where the offer was and was deliberately not helping. Just awful.

Coral has been holding my winnings for over a month now without paying out. I have tried resolving this privately, but the delay is completely unacceptable. Please release my funds immediately.
