It busted our budget and meeting room was bad price-value.
Our experience with this venue was unfortunately disappointing. We booked a meeting and workshop room for 1 week. While the space itself was clean and professional, several issues made it difficult for us to work effectively. The staff seemed poorly informed and unable to assist with even simple requests—our ask for extra pens, for example, was acknowledged but never fulfilled. The venue’s rigid corporate structure left no room for flexibility, which was frustrating when we needed to make small changes. Hidden costs that weren’t clearly communicated in the offer led us to exceed our budget, and once booked, nothing could be adjusted or canceled. The room was also much smaller than expected—overcrowded with chairs and poorly represented in the photos—forcing us to rearrange everything ourselves. Finally, we couldn’t leave any materials in the room overnight, even though we had booked it for a full week. This daily packing and unpacking was incredibly inconvenient. Overall, we cannot recommend this venue.
