completely untrustworthy site, they act like scammers, they took the money and then they never answered my phone calls and emails.
I ordered and paid full, for a pair of shoes 4/1. Then contacted you the first time the 15/1 about delivery time, beacuse I didn’t get any email regarding my shoes - I got no answer.
Then I contacted you 3 days ago the 3/2, I got no answers at all, and asked for a refund if they did not answer me. Still no answer, and I will soon contact my bank about a refund if possible.
If I can get a deliverydate, I will not ask for a refund, but this is just so unsatisfied to put an order for a pair of quite expensive shoes, just to be ignored from your company…
I ordered a pair of sneakers at 8/1/2026 and still nothing! My order status is still on the first step! I tried to contact them 5 times via mail to their support and they didn't reply to any of my messages! Either proceed with my delivery or give my money back scammers! In their site it said delivery after 5 or 12 working days, that have past a long ago now!
I want to share my experience with Coproom for everyone who is waiting for their order, and Coproom is not responding to emails. I myself waited 7 weeks for the delivery of the sneakers, and they did not respond to my numerous messages. People, be patient, because I believe that you will eventually receive your order. They will only respond to your message when they have information about the order. The sneakers I ordered were very rare and that must have contributed to the additional wait. That worried me a lot and I thought that I would not receive the sneakers, but in the end everything was fine.

I ordered my sneakers on June 8th and recieved them on June 28th. While i was waiting for the shipping i wrote to coproom, who confirmed that the sneakers would arrive within the expected 5-12 days. Once that timeframe had passed i wrote to coproom asking for a refund, as i suspected i had been scammed. I never recieved a response and was surprised that the shoes arrived. Their parcel tracking system is vague, making it difficult to know where exactly your item is.
Im still waiting for my shoes, which cost 120 euros + 10 euros for shipping. I ordered them at the beginning of April. Coproom claims to have given the shipment to the courier company Chronopost, but they claim the shipment hasn't reached them. I have asked refund, but they doesnt answer me anymore.

Absolutely disgraceful experience.
I made a purchase from this online store trusting the clearly stated return policy: the return shipping cost would simply be deducted from my refund. Fair enough. I had already paid €10 for the initial shipping, so I expected a return cost in the €15 range—nothing outrageous.
But that’s when things took a turn for the worse.
I requested the return label through their website, but received nothing. Since there’s a strict 14-day return window, I contacted customer service. The first time, I was reassured: “Don’t worry, you’ll receive the label today.” Nothing. A second follow-up: same empty promise. On the third attempt, visibly frustrated, I was finally told the return label couldn’t be issued because the shipping costs were too high.
They then sent me a low-quality screenshot showing carrier prices ranging from €29 to over €100—as if that somehow justified their lack of action. I requested they use the €29 FedEx option, the only slightly reasonable one, and was told I could “find a solution myself,” which is absolutely absurd. An e-commerce that offers returns must have a functional, transparent process in place. You can’t just throw the responsibility back on the customer.
I shipped the product back myself, tracked it carefully (because at this point I didn’t trust them one bit), and notified them once it was delivered. Days passed with no update. Only after another follow-up email did I finally receive the refund.
If I hadn't been this proactive and persistent, I would’ve lost my money completely. No doubt about it.
Their customer service isn’t just bad—it’s irresponsible, dismissive, and borderline deceptive. This isn’t just a lack of professionalism—it’s a fundamental lack of respect toward the customer. In 2025, there's no excuse for this level of disorganization and carelessness in e-commerce.
Never again. I’ll be warning everyone I know.
I have been trying to get a reply from customer services for 5 days and still no reply. Order stuck due to an invoice error. The trainers were a 18th birthday and I'm very disappointed. What's the point of saying you will respond within 48 hours when you dont. It's now been 10 days and my parcel hasn't arrived. Still stuck at the depot. Still no contact. Don't waste your time
I had a fairly good experience with this site. All the process went well except for the courier, but I finally was able to get my order.

It has been more than 1 month that I made a purchase, I did not received my order, I did not have any answer from the 5 emails I sent, no phone is available to contact them, they are not replying on social media! Do not buy here!
Placed an order on the website on 04/13/2024, never received 2 pairs of sneakers. After a long time of waiting, I contacted the site, receiving a response that there was a problem with the documentation for customs and both pairs would be sent in 2 different parcels immediately. And that I will receive delivery information soon. But neither the delivery itself nor information about it was received. I tried to contact the site 2 times after that, when I contact support, I have to wait a long time for an answer or there is no answer at all.
Please, return my money.
Update : finally they made a refund in the beginning of September.

My order with CopRoom for UGG boots was a letdown. Placed on December 6th, 2023, I faced constant delays and broken promises. It take 4 months for wait and NOTHING! I received my money back but only for shoes without shiping cost. CopRoom's poor service and unmet commitments make them an unreliable choice for UGG boot purchases. Buyers, beware. I will call them more scamers then sellers.

In January we placed an order for a pair of sneakers valued at 385 USD. We are almost in April and the order was never fulfilled nor did we receive a refund after asking for it several times. We have placed complains with authorities and our bank hoping to get our money back. Please do not trust this website as they are not trustworthy.

The order for Nike sneakers was placed on February 8th. And the announced delivery time is 7-14 working days. Today March 11th the order has not been received. Messages are not answered no matter what language they are written in. Absolutely does not stand up to any criticism. I would not recommend this site for shopping to anyone.
