Fake?
The delivery company never received my order. Coolsound held onto my money and promised me that my order would arrive for almost a month. DPD, the delivery company, told me they were still waiting to receive my package 4 weeks after coolsound claimed to have sent it. When I explained this to coolsound, I was refunded immediately.
It would appear that either the item I ordered never existed, or the company has some serious internal issues with regards to communication. I don't know which is worse. The customer service I received was very poor, I don't believe my case was ever investigated by coolsound.
*Upon receiving the reply from coolsound, I am happy to concede that the fault may in fact have been with the delivery company. However, I feel that coolsound did not do everything they could have to complete my order - at no point did they offer to resend the item preferring instead to refund my money.

I am sorry to hear that you're not happy with our services.
It would seem that your package was lost in the process of sending the product.
It is likely that your package was lost in a warehouse from DPD in which they sort.
I can see that my colleague started an investigating after approximately 2 weeks after we had send the package. Our delivery time to Spain is 5-7 working days.
Within 5 days after starting this investigation I can see that she returned your money.
It would seem that the problem lies with DPD this time, they lost your package.
I am sorry for the inconvenience; however we did everything we could on our end to give you a good solution.
