The original response was prompt and exactly what i was looking for. Even though it took a week to get agreement from both clients, Fabrizio was patient and came through with another great quote which we sold immediately. He was thorough in letting me know exactly what information was needed for ticketing. The final items which impressed me was that he made sure he had the correct address for the commission check and when I asked about the procedure for seat assignments, he already had it done!! I will be doing business with you in the future.

Our itinerary was excellent in terms of timing and connecting flights. Price was significantly less than that quoted by the tour company. The only down side is having to purchase more expensive travel insurance because we booked flight separately from tour.

The agent had to be coaxed to get us from Paris to a city closest to Parma, Italy via air. I came up with bologna he was clueless. Never got back yo me on hotels so I booked hotels myself. Plus didn’t obtain seating on our Air France leg of the trip ?????
