After being quoted a wait of months for an order by a major Rangemaster supplier, CookersAndOvens were able to offer immediate stock with quick delivery and a 'deal' on matching hood and splash back. Delivery was prompt and the few queries we had re a small missing part and installation were answered promptly and accurately. Would recommend to anyone.

So nice to be able to speak directly with someone. Having placed my order online and realising I'd selected the wrong model, I feared the worst at the thought of trying to rectify the order. How wrong was I. Contact number takes you through to a real person, how novel! Nothing too much trouble. Order delivered on time, installed with no fuss. Real customer focused service. Brilliant!

Found the service very easy to use and phone calls and texts regarding delivery times were very helpful. Delivery drivers could have had a little coaching in customer service - they helped carry in the heavy fridge without a problem and (granted it was very early in the morning) a "hello" would have been nice instead of the silence/grunts in response.

Purchased a lovely range cooker and hood. Still in garage awaiting installation so not sure if the product is undamaged, but looking at the packing I'm hopeful all is good.

Each time I have contacted supplier I have had a very professional response and have also had a steady flow of communication electronically, keeping me posted on delivery progress.

Been looking around for some time for the best deal on a Rangemaster. Appliances Online were looking like the best when out of the blue we found the C&O offer of half-price hood when you buy the over. Their oven price was competive but this offer totally swung the deal. Congratulations whoever thought of that one!
On the downside there is the additional cost of having the oven put into the house. This is about bearable for insured, safe heavy goods lifting but we found the £90 connection of a rubber hose and a bit of electrics a bit too much to swallow so luckily I can get the current crew of builders to do that as part of their daily rate. Post-sales contact has been very good so far and I was able to delay delivery without incurring additional cost (unlike the kitchen suppliers - shame on you Wren!)

bought rangemaster toledo at exceptional price with half price cooker hood-kept up to date with progress of order-delivered on time and with minimal fuss-delivered by driver and assistant through difficult entry point

I ordered a Rangemaster cooker and hood from Cookersandovens and paid on the internet. The ordering process was simplicity itself. They then rang me to arrange a delivery date - not too far ahead! They rang again just before the delivery date to confirm they had got all the details right and that the date was still ok. The items were actually delivered the day before the agreed date but the driver rang and asked if it would be ok to deliver. The delivery was carried out by Aga Rangemaster themselves. This too went very smoothly and I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and politeness of the driver and his assistant. I haven't used my appliances yet as the new kitchen is not quite finished and they have yet to be connected but I am sure if there are any problems they will be sorted out. I really couldn't fault either Cookersandovens or Rangemaster in any way. What a lovely surprise to get some good customer service for a change!!

I was impressed with the way they kept me informed of delivery dates and the paperwork came through on time without hitch. The delivery guys were great and fitted the new range professionally and without fuss. They were quick and efficient. Really happy with the service and would recommend them again.

The range they stock is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. The electronic merchant part of the sale completed easily without issue and the email confirmation came straight away.

Only issue I had was that the email confirming delivery arrived, unfortunately the person went on holiday and no-one else picked up their workload so the delivery didn't happen until the following week.

This meant that the order placed on 19th August arrived on the 4th September for an item showing as "in stock" This was disappointing. As soon as I sent an email I got a phone call within 48 hours to arrange the delivery. I'm sure this was most likely simply to do with the holiday period.

From order through to delivery an excellent service....exceptional value for money also.

Lowest price we could find, delivery arranged for the day we wanted, delivery time slot is 2 hrs not whole day, we had a phone call from the driver when he was 20 away, the hob came exactly as ordered. Pretty much faultless really.
