Convey Law have been great and we've had a pretty smooth experience, Jasmine Jones has been in contact with us often and any help we needed or questions she has replied promptly and clearly. The only improvement I could see is the portal they use for information like bank accounts/finances and ID checks, it just felt a bit clunky and could do with smoothing out, in my opinion! We had a little trouble as one of the accounts was Yorkshire Builders Society but again Jasmine was great and sorted out the problem for us. Thank you very much Convey Law!

Buying a house is always going to be a stressful experience, but Jasmine Jones was assigned to us to help see our purchase went through. We was great at keeping us updated with weekly updates. When the final weeks arrived for completion of contracts she was super responsive and didn't shy away from picking up the phone and settling our concerns..

I honestly cannot recommend Zara highly enough. She has been absolutely incredible throughout the purchase of our family home and went above and beyond to get us to completion.

Our purchase had a few stressful and complicated moments, particularly towards the end, but Zara was always there to explain what was happening, reassure me and, most importantly, actually get things sorted. She was proactive, approachable and incredibly responsive, and I always felt that she genuinely cared about getting our purchase over the line rather than treating us as just another file.

Even when last-minute issues arose, Zara chased everything, dealt directly with the lender, worked through the compliance requirements and did everything she could to keep our completion on track. She kept me updated throughout and was always honest with me about where things stood.

Buying this house means an enormous amount to me and my family, and after months of stress, Zara got us there. I genuinely don’t think I could have had a better solicitor looking after us.

I was originally quoted just over £1300,
When the final bill came through it was just under £2000, I was charged quite a bit more for extra enquiries from the other side. I thought the service was terrible. In 18weeks I spoke to my solicitor once and I had to make an appointment to talk to her. There was a lot of copy and paste from my solicitor and when I asked for a bit of guidance on specific information she just copied and pasted what the other solicitor had previously requested.
Very unhappy but I was stuck between a rock and hard place as I wanted it all be done and completed and they had my money once the sale of the house had gone through and they took out their money before transferring what's left over. I would definitely not recommend.

We instructed convey law, 6 weeks into a purchase as our old solicitor hadn’t even begun work.
We were assigned Hollie, and Yanny.
Every single Wednesday we were updated, emails answered promptly. Answered every query we had.
We exchanged and completed 2 months after so a very quick turnaround on hollies side!
Day of completion didn’t go to plan from the sellers side, hollies stayed late to make sure we got our keys and got in the house asap.
