I'm Polish

I'm Polish, but I chose Denmark. I bought a house on a beautiful Danish island. Less than five months passed from decision to move-in. To conduct the transaction online, I had to use the services of a Danish lawyer. My first experience was negative. Initially, the price was exorbitant, perhaps justified only by the fact that I was dealing with a foreigner confused by the intricacies of Danish law. In my second case, I found the service included in the buyers' package, but the lady lawyer turned out to be not only rude but also unfamiliar with the law, which was very stressful from me and time-consuming. But the third time's the charm. That third choice was Philip Sorensen. And here, I finally met not only a high-class professional but also a friendly, understanding person, helpful beyond what the package offers. He quickly answers questions, addresses client concerns, and works effectively. Thank you, Philip. I think you've already helped and will help many more people. Thanks to you, my opinion of Danish lawyers (and lawyers in general) is no longer so negative.

Highly Recommend Philip!

My partner and I, both expats, purchased our first property in Copenhagen in December 2025. When we reached out to Philip, he replied to us on the same day, and reviewed the property we ended up buying.
In Copenhagen, acting fast is key, and we would not have gotten this property without his support and guidance.
Throughout the entire process, Philip answered every question and guided us through lots of Danish legal paperwork.
He also helped us with a co-ownership agreement, which we were very happy with.

Choosing Phillip to handle the sale of…

Choosing Phillip to handle the sale of my property was the right decision from the very beginning. He took full responsibility for the contract and managed all the tedious communications leading up to the final closing. As a foreigner, his expertise was invaluable in navigating the language barrier and ensuring compliance with local property regulations.

100% Satisfied. Highly recommended!

Philip is extremely talented and thorough in his work. He helped us immensely during the house purchase and after. Philip advised us and represented us effectively during a particularly difficult handover situation, that doesn't come up very often in Denmark.
