🔥 TOTAL SCAM – READ BEFORE BUYING! 🔥

This is one of the shadiest, most deceitful “businesses” I’ve ever dealt with.
You think you’re buying a Nintendo Switch game code? Wrong. What you actually get is access to a Nintendo account they own and control — no login for you, no ownership, nothing. Your game is basically borrowed, and they can take it away anytime.

When I called them out, they swore I’d get a refund. Lies.
They reply on WhatsApp with fake professionalism, stringing you along with empty promises. Every follow-up about the missing money gets met with ridiculous excuses. That “refund confirmation email” they mention? It’s pure fiction.

This is a borderline illegal operation that could even get your console banned.
They don’t deserve your trust, your time, or a single cent.
Stay far away.

They cleverly word their website to scam users into products that they didn't intend to buy. I got scammed and am awaiting a refund.

do not get anything from this site. Please trust these reviews and do not get anything from there. they are complete theives. my game did NOT work, and it has been days and days and i have had no refund. They have stopped responding to my emails too!!! People work hard for their money and they take it like its nothing. Do not ever trust this company. Legal action should be made against this company!

Ordered 2 games smash bro and Mario kart both working fine had issue with 1 spoke to live costumer services resolved straight away great would recommend did get worried after looking at bad reviews but I'm happy

Honestly just a waste of my time and money. The way the advertised the product was as if i would own the game. not be sent a key for an account which by the way, the full account was already suspended when i tried to login. nice. definitely some false advertisement going on.

I ordered a game for my switch from this website and found myself extremely unhappy with the process. The website absolutely no where explicitly tells you that there games are accounts OR eshop codes, so finding out that it was an account was very disheartening. Furthermore, i when through 2 different people in support to attempt to get a refund and they told me that they do not give any refunds at all! Order at your own risk.

I’ve been told 3 different timeframes by their ‘agents’.
Will be contacting trading standards and the console manufacturer as I believe this is fraudulent.

It’s a scam. Don’t do it. I purchased for my 10 year old son and followed the process I was advised of. It tried to link my son’s account with a 53 year old man! Concerning!!!!!! I didn’t continue and asked for a refund. Have been told it’s my problem and that I won’t be refunded.

I downloaded pokemon arceus for switch 2 and the process is fairly complicated so had to contact support. John was extremely helpful and got everything sorted nice and quickly :)

They failed to mention before purchasing that you are buying a account not a game, when I contacted customer service they won't refund and stand by the fact its a legitimate game.
I called Nintendo and they confirmed this is illegal and they are actively banning accounts and blacklisting consoles so it's not worth the risk at all. The bank (Monzo) have been more than happy to action a refund as they have this company listed on their blacklist as a scam. I just wish I'd researched better before hand but all ends well I guess.
I would encourage anyone that's lost out on money to approach your bank and Nintendo also asked me to report to Action Fraud which I have done.

So update on this.. 3 weeks later after I was "refunded" I still havent recieved it.. I cant even speak to them on live chat now as I assume they have found a way to block me "there's no advisors available this shouldn't happen" is the message i get hahaha I have screenshots of the previous conversation they are thieves DO NOT USE this site absolute scammers CDkeys is so much more relaiable

Awful. Just don't buy at all. Avoid at all cost.

SCAM! Ordered 4 Games, nothing happened, no digital delivery, had to fight for a refund, got ignored!

Accounts provided sometimes have the unfortunate problem of being suspended (at least in the case of N**tendo accounts) - which has led me to getting replacements a couple of times. However, customer service has been great thus far and have helped me with getting replacements. Just a shame it's happened a couple times now and the latest case was suspended within a day.

Would still come back if the price was right.

Awesome service! Games are cheap and the service works amazing. Slightly complex but if you follow the instructions it's not that hard and if you struggle, support is fast and very helpful. Definitely recommend! 👌

the WORST customer service from “Brian” - asked for a refund for a game that never got delivered, was basically told tough shit and then my messages got ignored plus appalling grammar, these people need training in how to talk to customers!

Ordered a Nintendo switch game got told would be 15mins it has been a while and received absolutely nothing. Agents seem like bots DO NOT BUY FROM HERE TOTAL SCAM

At no point before purchase they said that you're buying an account, not a key for the game. Refused to refund despite being completely misled. Stay away form this so called business!! They told me they won't refund because it has been delivered but only said that it was an account, not a key, with the delivery email.
