I have tried contacting them for 10days now by phone and email and i still haven’t received any response from them. I think I need to try someone else who will respond with me to check im ordering the correct parts
Thic company had the gutter clips I needed. Ordered on a Sunday afternoon and received first thing on the following Tuesday. Excellent service and at a competitive price. Highly recommended
I have spent many weeks trying to source the part I needed to fix my gutting, thankfully i decided to call in one day on the off chance someone could point me in the right direction. Amazingly they were able to get me the part I needed and the gutter was all sorted the same day! Top service

Very rude girl called Kelly emailed me back implying I was an idiot to assume that the covers I ordered didn't come in pairs, despite them being pictured in pairs and described as "coverS" on their website. She has now apparently changed it on the website, which would suggest it was in fact misleading in the first place as I pointed out...
Also I was charged £5.95 postage to send 4 tiny pieces of plastic (when I thought I was getting 8) in a postable Evri parcel. I wasnt happy about it at the time but paid it nonetheless to get the parts. Their excuse for this was that it's a standard rate and usually they send out bigger parcels - implying again that it's my fault for only placing a small order, but I didn't need anything else to finish off our conservatory.
I'm happy to pay for the additional 4 covers I need, but not happy to pay another extortionate postage cost when the charge would be a large letter stamp with Royal Mail.
