About me: I seek good quality so I grade accordingly.
Five from me means flawless. Four means very good or good. Three is acceptable. Less is unacceptable.
Product (Plier, Rothenberg) (Score 4+): Good quality product with some small negligible spots of missing paint. Some superfluous paint had smeared on delivery note, but the rest you could wipe of with a cloth.
Well-built product that seems designed to last. I'm pleased with the quality. Just was I was looking for. Thanks Conrad!
Delivery (UPS Lund) (Score 2-): I'm sad about the delivery.
(1) Took the day off to be home for the delivery but they just passed by. Later a message that none was home even though we were guarding the door all day waiting.
(2) Contact with UPS service. Very friendly people. They schedule a second delivery attempt. Nice!
(3) The attempt was never made. Instead a message that the package has been sent back to the sender (Germany). Oy vey!
(4) Contact with Conrad service. Very nice handling but they couldn't do anything once the return had started since all was automatic from then on. But I was fully refunded including delivery charges. Nice!
(5) I reorder the product.
(6) UPS “tries” to make a home delivery but same story as before. I’m a bit disappointed but didn't really expect anything else at this point.
(7) Product delivered to the service point that was furthest away from me in the city. Well, I needed the exercise right!
(8) I pick up the package. It seemed to have been quite mistreated with small tears and what not. Luckily no holes and it holds together.
(9) I pack up the product, and see that there's no stuffing. It's just placed straight into the package and can skid a lot. Probably why the paint has smeared on the delivery note.
(10) I have my product after after no end of bother. At last! And boy is it a good product! Well worth the wait.
Conclusions:
- I would use Conrad again for product purchases, since they seem reliable and trustworthy.
- I do hope Conrad starts to put some stuffing in the package to protect the product a bit better.
- I would manually set the delivery (UPS) to go straight to the nearest service point to minimize the hassle. (You can do that with UPS my choice it seems).

The order consisted of 4 products from Conrad.se. It was unpredictably splitted to 2 separate packages with "home" delivery via UPS.
I was at home but UPS just sent the message "UPS has not been able to deliver this shipment" and left the heavy package at pickup point.
For the second package there was no even theoretical choice... And my package with 3 products was sent back to Conrad?!
Also there was a lot of unnecessary and misleading messages through email, sms and at sites, often contradictory between Conrad and UPS.
As I assume the issue was either between Conrad and UPS or in UPS itself.
Positive:
Conrad Support responses were polite.
Fortunately, refund was done quickly within 5 days.
In conclusion, anyway I am not really satisfied with Conrad.se service.

Ordered an item with express delivery but UPS didn´t deliver on time. Conrad took the responsibility and directly refunded my delivery cost.

Bought a phone case, upon arrival it was already broken... Return/exchange process takes 2-3 weeks, so instead of waiting I decided to buy another one and send this one back for a refund.. BAD CHOICE! It turns out it's also broken....
So my experience with Conrad is 2/2 defect products. Great store, selling only defect trash. Maybe they should announce it on their website that they only sell trash?
Also, their customer service is not helpful at all. Another store would've sent a replacement, but not Conrad!

Carriage charges are too expensive due to putting tiny components in a large box so you pay for posting a box of air.
Small items which could safely go in a bubble envelope and sent by post should not be put in large boxes and sent by DHL.

Very nice shopping experience, swift delivery with UPS choice to pick up place. The torque limiting wrench is of high quality, good workmanship and factory calibrated, with certificate. I recomend it since being sturdy but slim and well designed.

Quick delivery and good product. I’m absolutely satisfied!
Instead of money return, they send me same item.
Worst experience i ever had buying something.
6 weeks now that i ordered and paid, still no package.
UPS is not replying to me anymore and Conrad is not answering me for 8 days now.
UPS couldn't get the package delivered to me for some reason only they know and shipped it back to conrad. Conrad shows no signs of giving me my money back, not even replying to me.
Never again!
