Just internet spoils your last star.
Ordering and paying with paypal and transport to my location, has been perfect for the last 10 years. Just changes in how to find products, and the way browsers post advertisings in between, is a burden, and I know that is beyond your control.

Conrad simply does what it promisses. Their products are well described in the online catalog. Beware that shipment might last one day longer because the products are shipped from stock Germany. No probem as next day delivery is not promised on their site.

Perfect quality but the shipping…
Conrad.nl is a verry widely oriented tech shop you can literally find anything in this shop.
The delivery time is something to complain about. For a company as big as Conrad.nl delivery times of over a week! Is just not possible anymore, and also The shipping costs there are q wild variety of company's that does not charge for shipping costs, even if the order is really small.
I hope Conrad.nl can do something about that.

I have no complaints at all. So far your services, which I used twice, have been excellent. I'll need your services even more because I do not use Bolcom anymore, since they banned Zwarte Piet, who is a part of a nice Dutch folklore called Sinterklaas. Indirectly Bolcom agrees with hysterical nuts that I, my parents, my friends and other fellow countrymen are discriminating racists! Thanks for your good services, H. Niehof.

Great service
They have a large assortment. Service is great. Pricewise not the cheapest but ok. Delivery time may vary depending on the item you buy. But to me the service and assortment more then make up for the occasional slower delivery.

One of the worst online shops
One of the worst online shops I have ever had an experience with... I ordered 6 items, of which 2 were defective and 1 was sent incorrect.
The the returning process is not quick... some shops just send you the correct item so they can clean the shame and you can enjoy your purchase as quickly as possible. But that's not the case with conrad... apparently they have too many returns.
Stay away from them..

Order delayed
Order delayed by 14 - 21 days. No information provided by email or otherwise. Only found out about delay when I called customer service as product had still not be shipped. Item was in stock when ordered and never previously advised that the could be delays. Customer service really didn't care, wasn't interested in the complaint and had every excuse in the book. Last time I have ordered from this company.

Jan 28 I purchase mask to send to my family in asia even before the COVID 19 outbreak hit Europe. It was on stock 3 to 4 workingdays delivery but as soon as I receive my receipt delivery it turn to 10 days delivery and then after a month they cancel my order due to germany policy. It sucks!

They have a lot, but delivery is very slow, usually 1-2 weeks where other companies are 1-2 days! All this is for items that are 'in stock', as many other people noticed: in stock at Conrad usually does not really mean in stock probably.

I ordered a 47 euro stylus which they said was in stock and added a small 10 euro item to get free delivery. A week later i get the small item with a notification in the box that the stylus will get delivered 3 weeks later. If i had known this from the start i would have never ordered from this site and i think they are very aware of that so they waited with notifying me untill the small item already arrived.

what a poor service !
i tried several times to order online on 28/01/19 , but it didn't work.
i then followed conrads suggestion to order by PAY-phone : i was 1stin the queue, but gave up after several minutes.
That same day, oi ordered by email.
On 31/01 conrad confirmed my order, but ..... ignored my discount-code.
i reacted immediately, and conrad confirmed quiclkly with the correct price, after which i paid the order instantly.
The only thing i read was that conrad was going to deliver me in the next 2 or 3 days, and send me a confirmation mail and the Track & Trace code to follow the delivery. .
We are 6/02 now, and i didn't hear from conrad yet : no e-mail at all.
What a very poor service: their systems don't work, and - although conrad pretend on its website that one can contact them - the reality is that you can only log a ticket, and you will get a reply - if you are lucky - 4 days later .
My experience is that conrad is hiding for its customers.
What a shame !
