Super annoying company
Super annoying company. As a consumer you cannot call them for any support. They always send your items in a large box and charge 8 euros shipping cost, even though it's only 1 super small item! The items on their website are always overpriced. I only order here if I really really need to.

Overpriced and long delivery time
Overpriced compared to other suppliers for the exact same product (check pricewatch on tweakers.net).
They don't keep their promise on delivery time, much longer delivery time which is very cliënt unfriendly. I don't recommend Conrad If there are other alternatives.

They brought me a product that I didn't order, due to their mistake I was forced to to send it back again, after the return they didn't give me any date when they will bring me the right product. Waste of time maybe also ‘money’ in my case. Not at all proffesional!

Not satisfy with delivery
I just had chat with online assistance of Postnl to verify if my parcel delivered or not.
I received this morning the notice informing me the parcel was on the way and will be delivered between 10 - 14u. In the afternoon I received email telling me the parcel had been delivered at 13:38. I checked everywhere and nobody received the parcel.
I check with online assistance and she told me "I think this package will still arrive sometimes it get a wrong scan that is something we can not turn back therefore we have to sign the package in advance, this happens often therefore I know it will arrive within in 2 days." I told her "Ok. I hope that the system do not send delivered notice if it actually not delivered yet. This will create problem for both of us. And waste us a lot time to clarify the delivery situation.
Could you please follow up with the delivery situation and keep us informed?

Mini bar charges that I didn't use I asked them to come up and check the bar cuz I knew my grandchildren had moved the bottles they came up and charged me and still charged me
Even though I came to the front desk and told him to check my mini bar and they sent somebody up the next day and they did now that they have billed me they have no record of either of those things happening and I had to continually go back and get cards that would work it would let me in the elevator go to my floor but not into my room and vice versa
I was charged 228 that they refunded because I was already paid through third party booking agent I enjoyed the hotel immensely but I don't know if I'll be coming back because of having to deal with the bill

Bad service and delivery
Really bad experience. I bought a RC Car for my sons birthday. The website said the item would be delivered the next day or latest on the day of his birthday. I called yesterday and they hadn’t even prepared the package, I was told it would be processed on the day I called, I still haven’t received a track and trace number and my child is still missing is birthday present. I couldn’t even cancel my order on the phone, I need to refuse delivery and wait for a refund.

Reliable and affordable
I have tried two other ultrasonic cleaners, both made in Asia, and was very disappointed in the quality of construction and performance of the product.
My Emag Emmi 04D Ultrasoonreiniger 40 W 0.6 l from Conrad arrived promptly and without delays at the most competitive price.
I really appreciated how they tracked and followed up on my experience.
