Do not touch with a bargepole - totally unreliable

Beware a badly fitted water plug!
Dear oh dear. You do not expect a product to leak badly. But this did！
What a mess. Big stain on the carpet. Seam lifting. Grrr.
I now distrust it so much, I have placed the machine in a washing up bowl.

So, then I discovered the auto function did not work, so a replacement was supplied. Not only did the auto function on that not work, it didn't extract anything from the air. So Conoplus said they would replace that. Nothing arrived so, after some chasing, they admitted they had no stock and gave me a refund.

I think there is a fundamental flaw in the design of these which they are desperate to conceal. So my strong advice is, do not touch them with a bargepole.
