Integrity is not Dead
It is easy to leave a five-star review when everything goes right. I think it says a lot more when you can leave one because of how people approach the work.
Adam and Lamont from Connelly Plumbing were outstanding.
They showed up with great personalities and a sense of humor, but when it was time to work, they went right to it. They took the time to troubleshoot the problem rather than simply jumping to the easiest conclusion, and their experience was obvious in the way they worked through it.
I do most of my own plumbing work, so I know enough to recognize when someone knows their craft. These guys absolutely do. More importantly, they were professional, straightforward, and treated the problem like something to solve, not an opportunity to sell me something I didn’t need.
That last part matters.
There is a reason I titled this review “Integrity Is Not Dead.” Good service is always appreciated. Competence is expected. But when you get competence, professionalism, personality, and integrity from the same people, it deserves to be recognized.
Adam and Lamont represented Connelly Plumbing exceptionally well, and they have earned my trust and my future business.
Five stars without hesitation.
