Scamming site. Order said failed but they still took payment and the email address on their contact page does not exist

I ordered and it never been received. tried to email on the email mentioned on the website and it is not exists. seriously.
scammers they were collecting money we should report to the authority if there is any in the UK. please help out the other how are ordering.
there tracking system shows the other companies page.

please be safe my £25 gone

Try email then about a refund for an item but there email address no longer works!!!! scammers

The contact email on their website doesn't work and I still haven't gotten my order or a refund months later.

If I could have put zero stars I would have done.

My order is held by customs which is ridiculous as it appeared to be a UK based retailer and there was there was no information regarding that when I placed my order.

They want £96 to release it!!!

And obviously there is no response from condom outlet

placed an order, after ten days failed to arrive. contacted condom outlet and they refunded my money with no problems. it transpired their courier had lost it! hence three stars because they at least tried to help.

I placed on order with Condom Outlet. There was a charge for VAT £36.80 and Royal Mail £8.00 which trebled the price. I wrote to HM Border Force querying the excess charge with proof that I had made a purchase which included UK Vat. There is a discrepancy between the information on the customs declaration on the package and the electronic filing being made by the company. I was refunded the £36.80 Vat but not the Royal Mail charge of £8.00. I also received no response to multiple emails to Condom Outlet.

I was abit scepticle after ordering as I read the reviews and they didn’t fill me with confidence, but I ordered them on the Friday and they arrived by Wednesday so I really don’t understand the negative reviews!

My products arrived late and were not in their packaging. Customer service responded with tracking info in okay time when I asked about the parcel.

I ordered on December 2 packs of condoms for £25.98 ... and I had to pay £56.38 to HMRC, because the seller, didn't pay the costs for sending the packet, which it comes from Swiss... I sent them an email about this weeks ago, and I'm still waiting for answer...
And the delivery it still not opened.

I'm not going to buy anymore from here.

!VERY PISSED OFF! NO ITEM AFTER 4 DAYS THEN THE ITEM TURNS OUT TO BE SHIPPED FROM ABROAD AND I GET SENT A £57.72 CUSTOMS CHARGE FOR £28 WORTH OF ITEMS.

Delivery time no problem.
£35 .48 custom charge for £12.60 worth of product total rip off, I’m not paying it so will probably have to kiss goodbye to my 13 quid.

For an order of £30, received £70.70 customs charge from Royal mail after 2 weeks.

Never arrived. Emailed customer services after 10 days & still no response. Received a Royal Mail card requesting a £43.39 customs charge (ordered from UK & am UK based) for £20 worth of product. AVOID!!!

No contact when delivery did not arrive after 12 days, then received a customs charge for £45, still not response, requested refund - awaiting response

Royal mail requesting £50 customs charge for few condoms. Company is a scam do not use

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. TOLD THE DELIVERY WOULD BE 2-4 DAYS TO THE UK. IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 2 WEEKS AND I'VE YET TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS AND HAVE NOT HAD ONE REPLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS AS YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU DON'T.
