Yet another great job
Yet another great job.
Concorde don't only do curtains and blinds. I had a seat cushion which needed recovering and as always Kieren listened to what I wanted in colour, type of material etc and he assured me it would be 'no problem'. The finished article is perfect.
Once again I can highly recommend. Thank you to all involved

Great service from start to finish
The service which we received from Concord Blinds was great, from the initial visit to measure up and discuss with us the various shutter types, through to the installation.
Although there was quite a delay between placing our order to the installation taking place, we were advised of the lead time which was extended a little due to manufacturing delays and shipping. Despite this I am happy to give a 5 star rating.

Somfy motor blind replacement
Having used Concorde blinds for many years I have always received excellent service from Kieren and his team of knowledgeable fitters . Recently I have had trouble with a faulty motor blind which was 4 years old & it was replaced quickly under warranty . After service has always been excellent which I highly recommend.

Nice blinds, shutters etc, but the standout thing with Concorde blinds has always been their excellent service, great communications and speed with which they address any enquiries we have.

Wrong choice of number of blinds
The staff were extremely helpful and the installation went smoothly and timely , however regretfully I have 3 blinds at the front of my bay window and in hindsight I should have chosen 2 as there are gaps between the blinds and when closed it is possible to see in.

Custom shutters from Concorde Blinds
We ordered custom shutters from Concorde Blinds and were given a reasonable wait period for this service, but were very surprised to find they were available earlier than quoted! Fitting was quickly booked in once they were ready and was done professionally and to a great standard. Can’t fault Concorde and the shutters have made the house look so homely and beautiful. Can’t recommend them enough!
