Very poor product quality and pathetic service. The gate automation system did not work from Day one of the intallation. Company installing the system told me that retailer will support the system. its been 10 months the issue is not resolved. When I contacted the Brand, they tell us that its the installers issue and installer blames its on the retailer. retailer refuses to take the responsibility. No body takes the onus. Overall its the customers of who are the fools here.
Problem is not even diagonised properly so far.
