Good top line price and comms but needed to source parts to complete groupset and slow post which means ive messed my lbs about booking build

Great prices, fast shipping!

I'd been saving up for a new bike for the best part of eight years, and I knew this would be the one and only time in my life I'd be able to invest in a really special bike. I'm incredibly happy I found Comtat as I am now the very proud owner of a beautiful custom-geometry Sarto Seta. Adam was extremely knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire process, and helped me to spec out the frameset with suitable wheels and componentry, whilst sticking to my budget. I am 100% happy with my new bike and I'd highly recommend Comtat to anyone looking to buy their dream bike.

Good experience, plenty of communication informing me about late postage and the fact that they didn't include the BB of my groups etc in with my package. It was posted later. All in all, I was very happy with the price of my Campy Potenza gruppo and the service.

Contacted Comtat and spoke to owner. He talked me through the options (changing a groupset from Shimano to Campagnolo) and even offered to send other parts I may need free to return if I didn't need them. Could not help enough, made me feel valued and always available. Swift delivery and really happy with the groupset I went for (which I could not find cheaper anywhere else) i cannot recommend highly enough.

I ordered a Comtat Ultralight Carbon Bottle Cage on a Sunday and it arrived on the following Tuesday. It was well packaged and it is even better looking than the pictures, very sleek even beautiful, extremely high quality and blends beautifully with my bike. Everything about this company and their products has a professional feel with a great attention to detail and care. I sent an e-mail of thanks for their service and product as I was so impressed my e-mail was immediately responded to and with a personalised and friendly message. Quality of customer care and quality of product are as good as you could get - I will not hesitate to recommend this company to others and will certainly buy from them again.
