Just got back and set up my desktop after repair and I am so happy - I thought it was finished but repaired quickly and without fuss for an excellent price. You could not ask for a better service - very grateful AAAAA

And what I want to get fixed didn’t end up actually getting fixed.

Nothing was to much for James I rang him up and he popped up on time, as a elderly person he spoke slowly and I could understand every word, if any other elderly persons want a excellent computer expert he’s your man, would definitely use him again.

I am a computer technician who finds many articles to read. Thanks to Trustpilot and I’ve found a lot that I’ve been looking for. Most of the reviews come directly from the people. This is a good platform to learn from experts.

I have sought help from Lon and his team twice over the last 6-months. It is easy to get through and chat, and they are always super transparent and helpful. I know what to expect before committing to a repair, and I feel they genuinely care about helping me out. I often recommend them to friends and family in the area but also recommend them to those beyond MK looking for great service.

A really good service and managed to save all my important files when my hard-drive fried. Recommend Lon and will use again for computer services.

I received excellent service from Lon - who I had not met before - when my laptop died, the hard drive had crashed. Lon collected my PC from my home and kept me informed of progress all the way, recommending the size of replacement SSD to install. He was able to recover my data and copy it onto the new drive which, being SSD, runs much faster than the old one. He returned my PC at the agreed time two days after collection (I had a lot of data to copy!). I would have no hesitation in recommending Lon.

I found computer services online over a year ago when my computer broke down and didn't have the money to buy a new computer. Jason was extremely knowledge and helpful in his advice and did a great job on repairing my machine. If I have a problem with my computer I will tend to go to computer services first to see if it can be fixed before any other option, due to their excellent
service and advice. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Speedy service, after an early afternoon call, and engineer came round to our office the next Day.
Engineer was friendly and professional, listened our explanation of our software issues, then set about fixing them.
Will use again if necessary, but not too soon I hope :-)

They did a full health check on our slow iMac. The storage and configuration was updated. It was spotted in the diagnostic the computer needed additional memory. This was also updated after Jason called back to discuss it. The external drive had an error in its software and Jason was able to repair this. As a result the iMac now works much better and much quicker. The difference is very noticeable. Jason took the time when he returned the iMac to show me what they did and explain how to best operate the time machine. Well done on fixing an 8 year old computer.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Computer Services. My PC went bang on Sunday, I sent a message and received a reply back in an hour, which I wasn't expecting. Collection was arranged for the Monday, very punctual. Communications were excellent, and I was informed every step of the way by Jason, who used language I could understand, nothing too technical! My PC was delivered back on Wednesday morning, and Jason left once it was all set up and I was happy. He gave me extra advice on my modem and anti-virus software, and answered my questions about an external hard drive. No pushy sales. Computer Services is now top of my list if I have any future problems. Exceptional customer service.

I contacted Computer Services regarding an email problem and they came immediately and fixed it within 10 minutes. Lon then started a service which lasted 2 hours (only charged for the call out).
I subsequently put the computer in for a full service (back within 24 hours) and it is running perfectly and is much quicker.
I would recommend Computer Services as an excellent and efficient company providing a service at a very reasonable cost.
I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Laptop fixed/ upgraded ahead of schedule and is now running great. Laptop came back as clean as when I first got it which was a nice surprise. Perhaps not the cheapest but friendly service from a small company.
