Friendly fast service. Rob went out of his way to help.

iI told them the problem i had with my phone it would not charge they took it in hand a suggested it would probably would be they gave me a price for the part, But if that wasnt the problem there would be no charge.
I had my phone back the following afternoon working perfectly and fully charged.

I would like to give Daniel at computer monkey Ashbourne a big thanks for getting my phone back to life again today. When I took it their repair centre I was recieving all sorts of fault messages and unable to carry out basic functions.After about 15 minutes working on it Daniel had my phone back to life working like new again.

I broke my phone screen and was pricing repairs. I decided to stay local and go to Computer Monkey. What I can I say it was an excellent decision.

There was a few technical problems with the repair but from the second I went to Computer Monkey to the minute my phone was sorted Robert could not have been more helpful. He went out of his way to get everything sorted. Truly excellent customer service. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending his services time and again. He really cares not just for the customers but the quality of work he does

Computer monkey Ashbourne: very friendly helpful staff. Sorted the issue with childs tablet at short notice before we went on holiday.

Phone wasn’t working and screen was either flashing or black!! Thought I would have to buy a new one so called into Computer Monkey hoping he could fix it and 5 minutes later walked away with my phone back to normal. It needed a new screen but I couldn’t believe how honest he was about what could be the problem and how quickly he fixed it. Glad I didn’t go to the phone shop!!

PC using legacy software and outdated hardware needed to be brought back to life when all hope was gone! Robert's communication during the whole process was excellent and true tech wizadry was definitely needed on this one as there was both hardware AND software issues to resolve. Am actually amazed at such a positive outcome! This is where we will be sending all our own clients from now on!

Computer Monkey has been my go-to for computer issues for years. They do a great job at a fair price.
