Company Ceased Trading After Taking Thousands of Pounds Worth of Orders from me.
I saw a good deal pop up on ebay for premium shartphones, I did my research on the company, they didn't normally sell smartphones and the pictures were stock photos, but I decided to take a chance as they had been around for a while. I placed an order for 10 phones totalling over £5000. The company posted me a piece of paper 10 days later with a tracking number, i found this very alarming and very bizarre, to me it wa sa red flag for what was to come, when I called to question them they told me it was an anti-fraud measure, after this they cut off communication with me and avoided me on social media, i tried to contact their personal accounts to find out what had happened to my money but they closed the accounts down. They suddenly declared they were out of business via a message on their company website, it instructed all the people who didn't get their phones to seek refunds from paypal rather than them. I still have not got my money back and the company has made not effort to compensate me for all the orders I placed that I never received.
I placed an order in good faith, they took a lot of my money, and suddenly shut down the business.
