I recently shopped at this online PC…

I recently shopped at this online PC store and had a good experience, but was disappointed with the delivery process. The website advertised "fast delivery," but my order took much longer to arrive than promised. Despite this issue, I would still consider shopping at this store again due to the good overall shopping experience. However, I would recommend that the store be more transparent about delivery times to avoid any confusion or disappointment for customers.

A Note for Non-Dutch Customers

I would like to share my experience of returning product to computer-bestel.nl After my TrustPilot comment, they reached out to me and made me an offer..

Their offer was to come to my house and test the PC with the monitor that they bring. They requested me to pay them the fee for it if they prove the computer is working. I rejected to pay money for the service they are already supposed to do.

Then, I got totally shocked when I received a reply and it was like: “We are moving over to Dutch since you've ordered at a Dutch webshop and you demand me to offer the service you paid for. Here the Dutch service you paid for” (as far as I translated it). I was shocked about what they said because all our communication via phone calls and emails was in English so far.

In the same e-mail, they also said that rejecting my return request was a mistake and they also mentioned they will accept the return with conditions (in Dutch). I received my order on December 3, I sent the PC two times back because of the same issue. They are the ones who told me the issue was fixed twice, now they want all the shipping costs (cost of sending the computer back twice), and service costs for identifying the issue. I probably can fix the issue myself with the money that will be deducted from the total amount, or pay for another company to fix it cheaper.

They are far from professionality, imagine a CEO of a company viewing your profile on Linkedin after you had a conflict with them. This is a privacy issue.

I have never experienced something like this before. I will suggest all people who don’t know Dutch to be careful because you might not get English support if you face an issue with them.
