I did not receive the £6.50. I have to use the airport drop off again apparently.

Amazing platform for savings as always it’s been.

Scam, they tried to initiate payment which was cancelled by my bank

Like many others I was unaware that I'd signed up to pay a subscription. If it had been made abundantly clear at the outset that this was a subscription service then I wouldn't have touched it with a barge pole. Very unhappy that Trainline "partner" this company.
Edit following stock response: that's as maybe but it was not made ABUNDENTLY clear otherwise I wouldn't have signed up.

I use it regular and to be honest it’s ok for savings, one irritant is the insistence on buying something every month from Moonpig alto get the membership fee of 18 gbp per month, doesn’t make sense why only this retailer to myself or business sense so I’m reviewing my membership

Things have changed with travel related items. You used to get them as soon as you booked but now its 30 to 45 days after you travel if they remember or if not you have to chase it. I booked a holiday with Easyjet in March for October and by the time I get paid out it will be nearly Xmas. Also they are offering £20 paid into you bank to members. I keep getting emails telling me but it never arrives. CS have dropped from a 5 to a 3 in my eyes although it may soon be a 2.

The in-store and online purchases are not being recognized automatically, as I was led to believe, it would. I have been using my card instore at Sainsbury's and M&S and Musto among other retailers - no transactions. It seems this app is too manually intense.

I wish I'd joined before. I do most of my purchases online, and it's so easy to use, the company is great and I've benefited alot, with little effort.

It's great and I've loved the bonuses and look forward to getting cashback.

Watch out for this company. They catch you out via a highly misleading pop-up screen offering cashback or a voucher immediately after you complete a legitimate online purchase with an official retailer then set up a sneaky direct debit of £18 a month using fine print which is unbelievable somehow legal.

Trying to put a claim in for Tesco cashback. I send in the estimated payment email and the confirmed payment email. They go round in circles asking for each one when I send it in instead of searching for the reference number they gave me. Turning a simple claim into many emails back and forth because they dont read the emails I send or search for the reference number that they provide.
