Ordered a Juwel Rio 350l with Juwel background over the weekend. Had it delivered 3 days later! There was one of the background panels missing and Chris was brilliant and apologised. That was late afternoon. It was delivered following day. Best price around and will now use complete aquatics for all my orders. First class.

Ordered a new filter on the website
Ordered a new filter on the website, order complete but no confirmation email which was odd.
Email and within 20mins Hannah explained they had issue with emailing certain addresses.
She ask for an alternative email and sent me the confirmation with in 5 minutes.
Great first time customer experience, will most certainly be using them more.

How ordering a fragile aquarium should be done
After a very stressful and disappointing experience with Swell UK, I decided to order the exact same aquarium from Complete Aquatics, and the difference was honestly night and day.
With Swell UK, the tank arrived damaged, the packaging was poor, communication was slow, and the whole refund process turned into unnecessary stress and hassle.
Complete Aquatics, on the other hand, did everything properly. The aquarium arrived quickly and was packed incredibly well, with proper protection inside to prevent any damage during transit. Straight away, you could see that much more care, thought and professionalism had gone into preparing the order.
The tank arrived safely and in perfect condition, exactly as it should. After what I had dealt with before, this was a huge relief.
This experience really showed me how important proper packaging and reliable service are when ordering something as fragile as an aquarium. Complete Aquatics got it right, while Swell UK got it badly wrong.
Very happy with my order from Complete Aquatics, and I would definitely use them again.
