The process was easy and simple.

However they massively overinflate the prices offered - they quoted £145 for an iPhone 11 with cracked back glass. I was skeptical but took the offer as it was the best offer I found online. When I sent my phone to the recycler I was offered a paltry £30 for it.

Will not be using this company again due to this dishonesty.

This Company are quite happy to use disgraceful Companies such as PHONES2POUNDS who absolutely take your phone after giving you inflated value . Then when they get your phone . They reduce that ammount substantially . And in many cases , do not return your phone . Please check their reviews . Absolute scumbags in business . Yet being given a platform by this poor excuse for Compare the market site . Absolutely Disgusting operation

Agreed deal with Meelie only to get an email from CompareMyMobile saying there was an issue and I had to use a different recycler, agreed a deal for less then kept getting emails from Meelie asking why I had not sent my device. I emailed CompareMyMobile twice and they haven’t even responded.
Very poor !!!

Comparemymobile was easy to use but unfortunately Meelie who I chose to go with changed my offer to one fifth of original offer as they said camera lens cover was broken.....was not broken when I sent phone carefully and heavily packaged in original box and bubble wrap. New camera lens is 1.69 as I have found out as I need to fix phone now before selling. Looks like Meelie damaged phone to get cheaper.....scamming scum!!

The process was quick efficient and clear and I would recommend this service to others.

Comparemymobile was easy to use and they have been helpful with my experience with one of the companies on there search engine. More than halfed my offer for a scratch. Wouldnt send my phone back then when i eventually got it back the screen was broken. SCAM

Excellent service. Once my mobile had been received and checked i was notified that my payment would be in my account with in 24 hours and it was in my bank with in 3 hours which was extremely fast. I was kept informed all the way from Posting my mobile until receiving payment. I highly recommend this company.

Phone sent in to Tech360, over a month later and they haven't acknowledged receipt, despite the fact that the tracking number they provided shows the phone as having arrived with them the day after it was sent.

I have raised this with CompareMyMobile, provided them with the information that they needed to investigate, and they have not responded. They are now ignoring any queries that I send.

Appalled by the entire process, my husband sold his phone through another company and had payment within 2 days. This is an unacceptable experience, and non-existent customer service.

simple to see who would give me what. Found a place that paid me quickly for a broken handset.

I think this is a scam,

I have used this website twice, had an email to say that I was being sent a bag for my phone only to then contact them asking where the bag was to be told they do not send bags.
