Terrible Service

This company appears to be front for hiding illegitimate parking companies.
For example
Bristol Meet & Greet +44 7761 226717 are operating a meet and greet parking service from Bristol Airport short stay car park. They take up to an hour to return cars covered in mud and refuse to give a VAT receipt. They also become abusive if you photograph the condition of your car.

I require a refund after 5 minutes…

I require a refund after 5 minutes after booking and no one bothered to send me my money back after more then 10 working days as they said on the beginning. Just avoid at all costs,they are nothing less than scammers.

Don’t touch this company!

Don’t touch this company!
I cancelled my parking a few hours after booking as plans changed and it was ten days before my flight.
Heard absolutely nothing. No refund!
Even though I paid cancellation fee!
Have sent 5 emails!
Absolutely disgusted.

Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience.
I followed all instructions and called in advance as required. When I arrived to collect my car at Heathrow on 07/04/2026, no driver was there. Despite several phone calls and promises that the driver was on the way, I waited over an hour for my vehicle.
As a result, I missed my transport connection and had to buy new bus tickets (£74.44) and Fast Track security (£36.00), as well as pay additional parking charges.
I have sent multiple complaints but received no meaningful response.
Poor service and poor customer support.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! digusting company! They do not answer the phone and if they do they make you wait hours!!! They threatened us to beat us up upon arrival. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE SCAMMERS!

If only there was a minus, this is the worst company that I've had the misfortune encountering, cancelled my booking well in advance, no reply, follow up email, no reply, follow up email no reply. No response, no refund

AVOID as you learn about additional charges after you pay

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
Before booking I ensured I checked all information on their website only to find out from my payment confirmation email that I will be charged £20 extra on top. Customer service is a joke, keep saying they will pass my complain to their email department and no one is replying back to my emails.

AVOID Compare Airport Parking Extras if they use Super Saver as provider!

Used Compare Airport Parking Extras to book for parking at Heathrow T5. They subcontracted to a company called Super Saver.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The price was good however the stress of having to wait for the car to be collected and then dropped off despite following all instructions was just not worth it. You also have to pay the entry and exit ticket fees.
Upon calling the number provided, it went to answerphone - mailbox full. Kept trying. Eventually got through. Had to wait 25 mins.
When we landed, called - left a message and sent a text. No car when we got to the car park. Called again - mailbox full. Kept trying, got through to be told I should have spoken to someone!!!!! Disgusting service. It took them an hour to get our car back from the first call.

Avoid!!! Waited 1/2 hour to drop of car & keys

Waited 1/2 hour to drop of car & keys even though i called ahead.
and on my return, waited 2hrs for my car to be returned to me.
i kept calling, they hung up, wouldn't tell me where my car was.
awful company, avoid at all costs

Unprofessional car parking service, unauthorised use of car and theft

I recently made a booking for Heathrow Terminal 2 airport parking through compareairportparkingextras.co.uk (a.k.a. airportparkingextras.co.uk) and I subsequently collected my car from level 4 of Terminal 2 at the end of my trip through a company called Green Oaks Park and Ride.
I was very disappointed to see evidence of unauthorised use of my car.
- My personal belongings were taken out of storage compartments and dumped at various places.
- Half eaten chocolate bar was left on the back seat.
- Unrecognised charging cable was left in front of the front passenger seat and my charging cable was pulled out.
- The driver seat was soaking wet including the cushion resulting in wetness in my clothes on my return home.
- About £10 worth of £1 coins were taken from the central storage compartment.
- The driver who handed over the car key and the terminal parking ticket to me wasn't interested to see my car collection receipt and just disappeared quickly.
The e-mail address supplied on the car collection receipt also does not work, as my e-mail to them got bounced back by the system. This increased my suspicion on these companies.
I wrote an e-mail to Compare Airport Parking Extras Ltd and asked for a compensation. All I received was an apology for inconvenience. According to their terms and conditions, it is my responsibility for my belongings. So, their terms and conditions protect their business and allow their third party service providers to help themselves to take any of our belongings. It is a clear business malpractice.
Anyone looking to find a parking service should avoid the two companies mentioned above and go to other more reputable businesses.
