Excellent shop, plenty of variety. Staff really nice and helpful. Really good bargains

Love the company shop so many bargains, just wish was closer to where I live. Although have to say last visit had a voucher but the lad on till could not scan it so put the number in manually but only noticed when got home he had not done it right so did not get my discount.

Corby Company Shop is great.

Great value for money with many items. Sometimes the prices are not displayed which is slightly frustrating.

Friendly staff, value for money & supporting good causes

Upon my latest visit to the company shop I was pleasantly surprised by what was on offer & ended up spending more than anticipated but left with value for money

Great place to shop, can usually find some decent deals, I have however noticed this is dependent on the timing of the visit. Additionally I’d like to see them putting more effort into showing the prices of each item as I regularly have to request assistance from staff for price checks which can be time consuming especially when the store is busy or short of staff.

Was told items were free only to be charged for out of date items, then when questioned the lady on the till got really snappy saying well I haven’t been told. Then the bloke on the customer service desk got really funny and when it took too long I said “forget it I don’t have time” and then really confrontationally stated you what, what did you say” I then told him I said forget it because it isn’t worth going through the refund but it was him personally who told me it was free! awful service and I shall be cutting my card up.

Really good store, stock and items depend on what the store has so it can be frustrating to go for certain items/products and for them to not be in stock. Overall there is usually a good selection of items in the store which are presented well and there is always a bargain to be had. Staff in the Long Eaton store are very friendly and helpful. Excellent prices and great value for money.

We have found the Company Shop is ideal way of budgeting when you are on a pension. The staff are very helpful and friendly and a constantly changing selection of groceries help when planning your weeks meals.
