Horrible company we bought an extension…

Horrible company we bought an extension that does not work and they won't even return our emails or calls. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET BURNED!

Not true what so ever. We have no record of any email or support request from this individual. They emailed asking for a refund only and we responded with the standard response explaining the refund policy and a link to it. We would be happy to review the support request and help resolve any issues had there been one. That's all never heard from them again except for a PayPal claim they filed which at that point I was unable to refund them and then they ultimately lost the claim because even PayPal agreed they were not eligible for any refund and there was nothing else that could be done. In the future please email for support and if there is a issue that cannot be solved we happily refund customers all the time.

I have purchased many extensions from this company and also worked closely with the developer on custom code development. He is very knowledgeable and his turn around times are good. If other extension companies tell you it will take 2 weeks before they can help you with your project then contact commerceextensions.com to get nearly immediate service!
