seems to be fly-by-night outfit. Nothing in stock. Everything drop shipped from China. I requested a return authorization for one shirt because it was so cheaply made and ugly. Got the runaround, they requested proof of shipment back, which I provided. Did all that and never heard from customer "service" again despite repeated follow up requests for status. yeah, I realize every shirt is only $15 or so, but come on.

i ordered a shirt from these scammers. No where does it state it will be shipped from China but that is where they ship from. After 3 weeks I got the shirt but in the wrong color and wrong size! I filed a complaint with Pay-pal and the resolution was for me to ship the shirt to comfy shirt office of Premier Deals in Canada! that would be $11 freight to get a refund of $19.95! I complained to pay-pal and they reversed the decision in my favor and gave me a refund of $19.95.Comfy shirt list a office in Buffalo NY but they want you to return to Canada! comfy shirts are true scammers! pay-pal should suspend their account and they should be banned from Facebook

Poor quality shirt that was not sized correctly. Could not get the larger size and asked for a refund. They sent back a GIFT CARD for $10 less than what I had paid. Apparently I have to pay the foreign currency exchange rate and other prices. I did not want the GIFT CARD and asked 2 times to refund to my original account. Now their email address bounces back. Looks like I am shirtless.

Oh and when I checked the box at the bottom of this review it says TrustPilot will contact their company via email. Sorry guys, that email is no longer accepting messages.

Why doesn't Trustpilot have a square for NO STARS? Certainly applicable to Comfy shirts. I saw their ad on the New York Times app. (NYT apparently doesn't research advertisers background either $$$). I ordered two shirts for $15 each + tax and $8 shipping. They didn't say that they are nothing but a store front and it took 2 weeks to receive two shirts from China rolled up in a small plastic envelope. Quality absolutely horrible. I wouldn't blow my nose on this see-through cotton. Threads hanging off everywhere. I live in NC. 2 different areas on Comfy's websites have returns to Buffalo, NY and one in Canada. I notified the Co. and they said they would refund when they receive the items. It says on the return info to return to Buffalo, NY if in the US. All other countries ship to Canada address. I live in NC. Additional $7.35 spent to ship to Buffalo. Never heard back even though USPS tracking shows delivered and received by individual. Now they say I was supposed to return to the Canada address. ($34 shipping). Really? These people are a complete waste of skin. STAY AWAY

I ordered shirts it took about 2 months to get them.
they are so paper thin if washed I think they would fall apart

Ordered shirt s and took 5 weeks to arrive. When I inquired as to when they were coming received no response.
When arrive, worn size was sent and even though oversize were too tight (3 shirts).
Quality was dismal, sewing horrible; all buttons snagged in the buttonholes because threads were in loose loops.
Tried to return with no response. Had to open claim with PayPal. To add insult to injury, PayPal claim would only go through if I returned by registered shipping ---- to Canada!! Return shipping cost was $40 to try and get a $60 dollar refund! I was already stuck with the oruginal shipping because they will not refund that either even though they sent the wrong size! The worst inline experience I've had in 20 years and thousand so! items bought!

This is the worst online company I have ever dealt with. The product took over a month to arrive (from South Korea). I ordered a 3x and it was the size of an american XL at best. The material was awful, very thin and loosly woven. The product came in an envelope with the shirts mushed up inside.
Returns: Never been treated like this before with returns to anywhere!
1. contact them, a week later response is here is the address for a return and exchange.
2. I don't want an exchange I want a refund. a week later, here is the address for the return and credit.
3. 1 week....where is my credit.
4. Please supply the return shipping number from the USPS so we can track your package
5. 1 week later: We received the product but it did not meet our return policy. Here is a credit to use for a future order. (trust me, all the return requirements were met).
6. Contact paypal to intervene.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHADY AWFUL COMPANY. BAD MERCHANDISE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Blouse did not look at all like picture and when returned to address on mailing label (there was no invoice in envelope that it came in) company states that there return address is in Canada not CA.
Horrible service.

As earlier comments stated, this company needs to be NO STAR. The product comes in a different size than ordered, but I got a larger size and it barely fits. The colors are NOT true to photos online, the material is quite thin (could be ok in hot weather but not pure cotton) and, overall, looks quite trashy and cheap. Not at all like the website photos. I looked closely at the refund policy. Nothing on sale is refundable- that is stated in the online policy. Everything is always on sale and I wish I had checked this out before ordering. I did get several email answers (from probably fake people) asking them to confirm this policy and not once would they answer my question. I just kept getting instructions for how to prove an error in shipping and how to get a replacement the item.
AVOID this company!!!!! I wish I knew how to spread the word in a huge way to put them out of business.
BTW... I did look at the reviews on their website. Total scam.

Items never shipped, bogus tracking numbers, stay away!!!

I ordered and paid for 2 shirts. The came 3 weeks later. The material was misadvertised and they run at least 2 sizes too small. I paid for the return of the shirts with a letter and did not get a refund. They kept my money (more than $42) and the shirts.
This company are scammers, thieves and cheats.

Avoid this company like the plague. Do not buy from this craphole of a company they sent me the wrong size clothes and when I tried to return them through any of the processes via email or their phone number they don’t return any of the messages plus shirts aren’t coming from an American or European company because all the packaging label is all Asian writing a repeat avoid this company like the plague.

They deserve no stars. Received the wrong size and poor quality. I asked for a return shipping label. They will not send me one. Said I need to return to Canada on my dime. Return label address is in Hawthorne CA. I started a dispute with my C.C. company. Terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Their products and website look great online, but don't be taken in. When received, the shirt looks quite cheap and is the wrong size. I've emailed them twice to get return instructions and they won't respond to my messages. And it appears that their returns are to be sent to Canada, which means high postage costs. Very poor service. Don't waste your money.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. Shipping takes forever (they do warn you of this)! Quality is pathetic! and when you return an item, it goes back to CANADA!!! So if you live in the US, you have to pay international shipping rates! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

They are a scam. I ordered 2 large shirts and they sent me XL. I text them for a return authorization number about 10 days ago and still no response. Also, it took almost 6 weeks to get the wrong size. Never again.

It has been 12 days since I received notice it had been shipped. I could live better with the lengthy shipping time if the tracking number worked. I should have read the reviews and paid better attention to how long shipping would take.
