The experience with Comfyco was a pleasure.

The experience with Comfyco was seamless and wonderful. I was very skeptical ordering on-line but I couldn’t be more pleased. I ordered my furniture and called with a few questions. I received a call back right away and with a timely delivery date. The gentleman that comfyco sent to assemble the furniture did a great job. I recommend using this company and will be ordering more furniture.

Called my order in and the purchase was…

Called my order in and the purchase was easy, got the order delivered the very next day. The couch didn't fit my door so the guys helped me take off my window and we got it in that way. They unwrapped it and helped me set it up. I had zero issues with this company.

Ordering process was a little…

Ordering process was a little frustrating but I decided to call and glad that I did. Guy on a phone explained everything, checked stock for me and gave me estimate on how much shipping would take. Shipping was not free, but was reasonable. Would consider again.

ComfyCo is a service to order from

ComfyCo is a gem in the furniture world. Well - just a very good service. Having used their services for the second time, I can confidently vouch for their excellence. While the delivery timeline might seem uncertain (it's Christmas time, isn't it?), their explanation and honest approach reassured me throughout. The slight delay for one item was insignificant compared to the care and dedication this company exudes. Despite being smaller in scale, their commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled. My new bedroom furniture and mattress are the epitome of quality, making the wait a mere afterthought. Thanks for the service, guys.

SCAMMER ALERT

PLEASE take the time and read the horrible reviews written about this company and the owner. This company is one big SCAM!!!! They do not care about you at all only your money. DO NOT GET SCAMMED!!! By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Paul is a discriminating, rude, obnoxious person. He has no business experience trying to run this company by the way he treats his customers. His furniture is trash and it is never as described. Save yourself the time and look for another place to buy furniture. If something goes wrong, you will have so much trouble getting in touch with the nasty owner and having him come to an agreement. He just wants to scam you out of your money!!!!

I was very satisfied with my shopping…

I was very satisfied with my shopping experience from Comfyco.com.
The sofa wad delivered within 5 days and assemble was easy. Customer service was outstanding.
However, the color didn't match the description and I think it's just plain grey (though this is a manufacturer's fault).

Dates on delivery on a websitee are not accurate, they say it's estimate, why you show them anyway?????? Delivery was late 10 minutes.

I have ordered twice from this company and both times, I have been impressed. The furniture was delivered within the given time and was of a high quality. The website is super easy to navigate and the customer service is exceptional. Many thanks for you communication during ordering and delivery. Will definitely recommend and use your company again.

RUDE and NASTY!!!

I ordered Melange (black) Sofa and it arrived on Saturday, September 4, 2021. I looked up the measurements online before I purchased but when it arrived, it looked smaller in person. I told the 3rd party shipping service that I wanted to refuse the order and asked if they could take it back. They said I would have to contact the company. I reached out to customer service and Paul, stating I wanted to return it and sent pictures of it still in the box. Boy were they mean and nasty in their response back to me.

Me: I received my couch today. I don't like it. It's smaller than I thought it would be. I would like a full refund please."

Paul and customer service: "All measurements are given on a website - you are supposed to measure up your space to make decision of a purchase of something that important as furniture. It's not a clothing piece, you can't in most cases simply 'send it back'."

Me: "I don't like it. Does it matter who I use to ship it back to you?"

Paul and customer service: "It doesn't matter. What matters is in what condition it arrives. If it's going to be open, used, assembled, not in original packaging / shape - it will be denied for return. Thanks."
"Oh, hold on actually. You've attached pictures of BOXES - how can you judge what couch is if it's not a couch? It's not even assembled. You don't judge a product size like that it has to be built - legs, arms, backrest, etc."

Me: "Who do I use to ship this back to you? I don't want it. I would like a refund please."

Paul and customer service: We are closed today, give us a call tomorrow, please: 732-893-8900

I'll be back to write a part 2 of how this phone call goes and what the outcome is.

First time we've experienced a customer who wants to 'return' a product without even seeing it + assembling it. It's like reviewing a restaurant food without tasting it. Absolutely mind-blowing. It's like seeing a nice outdoor 7-piece patio dining set in Costco and ask employee to bring a same set to a register and start complaining about the size of the box it came in. Obviously that box would be smaller in size, since everything inside has to be assembled to become a product. Brilliant.

Product ordered (sofa in your case) is completely broken down, and comes in 2 boxes - no arms, backs, sides and legs are installed and attached to each other, it has to be built. You didn't even bother to open the boxes and install it, claiming 'it's too small'. 85-inch sofa is no way small by any standards, and that's what a product is lengthwise once it's assembled.

However that was the reason for your complaint and 'return'.

As for returns, yes, we follow some certain rules, since furniture is generally, heavy and bulky product and it has to be returned under certain terms. It's not as easy as shipping a t-shirt back. Once the product arrives back to factory and inspected a refund minus appropriate shipping fees will be provided.

We'd like to help with any other questions you might have.

Very good experience

Very good experience. I would recommend. Furniture was exactly as expected and any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. Considering that I live in Florida, delivery was fast.

Great company, great furniture.

Very Efficient and professional

Communication about delivery was well, delivery happened on time. Furniture was brought in quickly and carefully, took just a few minutes. Also helped with removing old sofa.

We have purchased a Roadster Sofa Bed…

We have purchased a Roadster Sofa Bed (order #19645) delivered on February 17, 2018. So, it not even one year after purchased. We do not used this sofa frequently but within these time sofa's spring is coming out and it's really in bad condition. I don't know what to do right now. But it totally wast of money ($400.00) . If anybody want to waste their money go for it.
