We bought a Murphy bed. Sharon was with us every step of the way with support, knowledge, great suggestions, even kind patience as we tried to decide between so many great choices. Our bed is fabulous, just right for the space! And all our guests have been happy, comfortable and even wowed. I’ll always go back to Comfort Zone. Start to finish, it’s the best.

Sharon went above and beyond to help us get our order quickly and smoothly. She was knowledgeable about all the different mattresses and spent time helping us in the store. I loved the selection of items and we found exactly the mattress for us and the perfect sofa bed at way less the price than other places. The delivery people were also very friendly and helpful. All around this was a positive experience and I would definitely come back and recommend Comfort Zone to others. They understand customer service and it was wonderful to support a local small business.

Sharon was extremely friendly and knowlegeable, zero pressure as I was picking out mattresses for my kid's new bunk bed. She led me to a fantastic and reasonably-priced foam core option that we are very happy with. We'll buy from them again soon. Seems like a better deal than all those online mattress companies, and the quality is great. My mom is notoriously picky about mattresses and now she insists on sleeping in the bunk bed when she visits!

Cynthia personally helped me to find a mattress that suited our needs for a guest bedroom. She outreached to other Comfort Zone stores to see what was available within our price limits and time frame. The bed we ordered arrived as promised. They were helpful, informative, pleasant, and no sales pressure. They explained the financing thoroughly. When it turned out that I could not be there for the delivery time, they found a solution.

Great mattresses, very reasonable and good service

Very mixed experience, not great.

Great local furniture store. They specialize in bunk beds and wall beds, but have a good selection of basic platform beds too. We got 3 beds here - two with under-bed storage drawers for our kids, and one basic platform bed for the guest room. All made of solid rubberwood. Easy to assemble and feels robust, like it will last for a long time - unlike other stores beds made of compacted straw. Sharon is great to work with and very helpful as well.

Absolutely love our couch. The only "slight" problem was we had to wait 1 week because the wrong couch was delivered. Not sure where the problem occurred but it was quickly resolved. We are very happy. This is the second purchase from Comfort zone and have recommended them to our friends and family that are very impressed with our purchases.
