I placed an order with Wear Comfii…
I placed an order with Wear Comfii online 10/08/24. I paid for expedited shipping as I needed the order by 10/20.
On 10/14, I sent an inquiry through the website and never received a response.
On 10/18, I again reached out regarding the order. The company could not find the order.
I had to rush to find a replacement, spending $153 additionally to find something last minute.
Today is the 28th of October. I have sent a total of 9 emails. The emails have consisted of inquiring about the order and asking how to return the order, since I received the item on 10/22-2 days AFTER the date needed.
The website says that the company will not accept a return without first speaking with the company and getting an approval. Additionally, the website states there will be a 20% restocking fee.
I WANTED the garment! I should not be penalized for restocking an item the company couldn’t even find! I should be able to return the garment, if the company will actually respond to my 9 emails, and reimbursed the EXPRESS shipping fee.
The company could have handled this so much better and so differently, but instead, they’ve chosen to ignore and allow my return inquiries go unanswered.
In a world where word of mouth is the best advertisement you can have (which is how I learned of Wear Comfii), this is disheartening in that it shows how Wear Comfii has zero concern for their customers, only the dollar.
