The food and the service was so not…

The food and the service was so not professional. The food is actually not edible.
The experience was not as I thought it going to be and that’s a shame.

Easy to get tickets online and worth it to skip the queue at Mont St Michel. But missed out on the audio guide which wasn't an option online.

Nous sommes absolument navrés pour votre accident de voiture. Cependant, après vérification de votre commande, vous n'avez pas souscrit à une assurance annulation mais à l'option "billet flexible" qui permet de modifier à loisir la date de votre réservation jusqu'à 48 heures avant l'heure de prestation et ce, sans nécessité de nous apporter une quelconque preuve.

A titre informatif :
L'assurance annulation : permet d'annuler (et donc de se faire rembourser) une réservation en dehors des conditions générales de vente dans certains cas prévus dans le contrat de notre partenaire assureur Mutuaid et que nous résumons pour tous nos clients avant paiement.

Le billet flexible : permet de modifier une réservation sans justification aucune et autant de fois que vous le souhaitez jusqu'à 48 heures avant la date de la prestation.

Ces informations sont données de manière plus détaillées encore dans le panier de notre site avant chaque paiement.
