Very quick confirmation of order and equally quick, polite notice to inform me that the item was no longer in stock. Am about to try again for an alternative printer so this shouldn't be looked on as too critical, judgement reserved.

A bad experience and an utter waste of time.
I ordered a current printer that was shown as being IN STOCK. In fact it is STILL showing as being 'in stock'.
I did not receive the usual immediate email confirmation of my order which made me suspicious then 2 hours later I received an email telling me (in the subject line only) that it was out of stock, no money deducted and the single word 'apologies'.
The body of the email contained only a copy of my order and a link to 'DELETE ORDER' but the link didn't work (password required).

That contrasts with my experience from my second choice supplier who emailed immediately and phoned within 10 minutes to confirm next day delivery. I'll be sticking with them.

[I have just searched the website and there is not a single product shown as being 'out of stock' - even long obsolete and unobtainable printers are being shown as 'in stock'.]

I was in the middle of a very complected and stressful project when! yes you've guessed it my printer broke down!!! looked everywhere for the same printer because I have had this printer for a couple of years and, its been absolutely great. Never thought I would find a printer like i have but Printer experts came up trumps on this problem. they had the very same printer available and, it was very easy to negotiate the website, easy payment method and protected, child's play really also saved me a bundle on ink because I always keep well stocked up on ink and, would have lost quite a bit of money on lost ink but thanks to printer Experts all is well.
